It does what it needs to Displays my bank balance But the cracks begin to show when you try to do anything beyond that For example when I review my transaction history charges don t show up for hours making it difficult to review my spending The interface is buggy and certain sections don t load And of course there s the occasional system maintenance during either early morning hours or late evening when your card truly becomes transformed into a piece of plastic and this app becomes pointless because you can t connect to the banking server to verify either transactions or account info Seriously what is UOB s goal here To frustrate customers into moving to other banks Cos that s exactly what I m about to do     Functional but poorly designed Get your act together UOB rohanmhatre

Overall excellent banking application My only frustration is the restaurant review section After paying for your meal with your credit card a message will appear saying something like looks like you just ate at XYZ restaurant please leave a review If you click ok 50 of the time you will see the correct restaurant info and with 3 simple clicks you can leave your review and that s great But The other 50 of the time you are presented with an endless list of restaurants and you are expected to find it and if it s not there you are expected to enter in the details It s really frustrating and annoying considering that the app knew the name of the restaurant when it asked you to do the review So then I give up and don t review                 Great tool Peter G Barber
