Could we add ER notification and Medical Command phone numbers to the hospital info Also could we add ER door codes                 Great app but

Good app Only thing I found wrong is in the drug list Albuterol has the same info as levalbuterol              Need a info fix

Love the app in all aspects Lots of features that are extremely useful One suggestionplease make a section on the drug calculators to choose between 10 15 20 and 60 gtts tubing For example the epinephrine calculator only calculates in 60 gtts sets and you only know this if you do the math it doesnt say it anywhere While I understand 60 gtts is the standard set for drugs at my one service we use electronic pumps which use standard macro 20 gtts tubing at my other service we often will use stat masters and macro sets or custom made infusions in concentrations much more suitable to macro sets PLEASE redo the calculator to let us select from 1060 gtts sets                 FFNREMTP

There is no way to contact medical command or send photos other than EKG All phone numbers listed are of hospital switchboards When called it results in multiple transfers and still no ER notification Recommend just getting the Allegheny app and having their one call system notify Presby Much less hassle     Not a resource for EMS

This app is wonderfulwhen it works It is horribly unstable and crashes frequently There is no easy way to get in contact with the development team to send crash reports and give feedback to spur much needed stability improvements This app crashes 56 times opened which is a real shame The information is up to date which is excellent There are also some great references within the app however with the ongoing crash issues over several updates this is only worthy of 2 stars I would be happy to send crash reports and suggestions along if I am contacted by UPMC        Idea lacks stability

Quick Call number will not save properly Med Command works fine Need to add ability to transmit EKG by image like the WPAHS app allows Otherwise great app           Fix Quick Call and add EKG

Great app We all knew it was coming Both the WPAHS and UPMC field apps are great with their own pros and cons though UPMC is faster and has great med calculators with great med references and in protocol links as well as contact numbers for all western PA hospitals WPAHS and UPMC alike Nice mapping interface WPAHS has the GPS pre flight alert and EKG transmit Not sure which I prefer Both are great and must haves                 Non biased medic

This is by far the best protocol app for pa ems providers however it would be nice to have all als drug profiles for what the state allows all hospitals or at least a way to add hospitals Otherwise great job                 Best EMS app for PA Providers

Im an EMT in training Im finishing the testing as I type this review I have to say that this app is sweet it has the state protocols and I know that its gonna be updated in the near future do to a class I took yesterday when I found out about this app This thing has everything on it and if I have a question about a call protocol or guideline I can look it up fairly quickly thanks to this              Cool App

This app is great for all levels of EMS providers Full of information protocols tools I use this app frequently The send STAT is especially useful in my rural area With this being said the app needs updated to the current statewide 2015 BLS protocols A lot has changed and soon this app will become outdated                 Great but needs updated

Look into the phone numbers that are listed for the hospitals I know for a fact that UPMC McCandless and both Heritage Valley Sewickley and Beaver ring to the main hospital lines The numbers listed should ring to medical command or at the very least the emergency dept Other than that pretty useful app              Incorrect Info
