I like the idea bulletin boards of sticky notes instead of a traditional to do list However 10 is way too much What s more they want something like an additional 4 per year to support something as basic as syncing between my iPad and iPhone I m annoyed because I decided to spring for the 10 in part because it was implied I d be able to sync my devices Well you can t without purchasing an add on That should be included in the already steep purchase price I d rather just have an actual bulletin board and post its for that cost         Too expensive for what it does Stalkeyedfly

I like the overall concept of sticky notes and being able to create different project walls Import function works poorly Some tasks imported but others didn t App shuts down after import My app won t create a list of all the open tasks just the ones on the first project You can t change the font on the sticky notes so somewhat limited in how much you can write I ll keep looking for a better app Skip this one not worth the price         Just ok skip it asamp279

The good This app has a clean design it is intuitive and allows multiple projects Along with multiple projects you can add multiple walls to a project for subtasks This is great for a personal kanban approach The bad well reall just a wish list This app needs a priority system and backlog Meaning you can rate the priority of each task A backlog is just a column that holds all tasks before you add then to the to do list Also the ability to add work in progress limits to the columns Everyone may not utilize these but it would be a great enhancement to some Overall an app worth purchasing             Good app just missing two things 4citi

Too bad there is not a trial version To save you five dollars have some examples of what I don t like The drag and drop on the notes is clunky and you can t resize or reposition them The use of screen space is very inefficient so handling more than a few tasks is impractical There s no multitouch or gestural support It seems to be a generic app ported to iPad It forces you to confirm every delete with a dialog box Generally doing anything of consequence is painfully tedious requiring way more taps than it should I feel ripped off     Not useful for real work Tam Twostaves

It s a good overall Kanban app well structured and easy to use However it is very limited an inflexible For example you can only have 4 stages So if like me you like to have 5 or 6 stages that an item moves from backlog to done You are out of luck             Good app but not quite there yet RestGuru

I use this app at my development studio where I juggle multiple projects This app was just what I was looking for in terms of allowing me to be as flexible as I wanted with organizing lists and tasks colored notes and freedom to drag notes around are great If you are a project manager who likes moving between your teams and want to take your lists tasks with you and create tasks away from your computer this is a fantastic app to help you do that I love that I can sync it with my calendar and that I can take photos of my task board and email out tasks But I have the same gripe as the review below when I start the app every time the entire app does a 180 There s nothing to be done for it and every time I start the app I have to deal with it I gave the app a 5 because it is exactly what I was looking for and at a great price but please publish an update that doesn t make the app rotate every single time it is opened I know all of us who have purchased the app would greatly appreciate it                     Fantastic app and tracker but start up rotation irritating SJulson

I like this app It s easy to use and a great at a glance visual reminder What I really like about it is that I can separate my work and personal lists so that personal tasks don t mingle with work specific tasks I love the whole color coding aspect because my anal retentiveness demands that I delegate the importance of each task and I can do this with the colors avail le What I m not too crazy about is that I discovered that when I m adding a task that I m limited to how many characters I can use when inputting specifics about a task I created a wall for IDEAS for work and was madly inputting all the items I needed to remember and discovered that the cursor wasn t moving when I was about half way down I had to add another task that refers back to the original Except for the fact that body text is limited this is a great little app That s why I gave it four stars instead of five                     I like it CindyC01

This app is great for when you need a more visual view of what tasks you ve got to do though I think that this app is better designed for users that have lots of projects and or lots of tasks that need to be done I ve done some experimenting and here are some of the limitations I have found for this app You can keep track of up to 6 projects at one time Maximum of up to 3 walls for each project Only 12 tasks maximum can be on each wall Which isn t bad at all unless you have lots and lots tasks If you need to add more tasks you could put them on different walls or continue tasks in a different project name The app itself has a great concept but I think that it could be better executed The UI is simple and straightforward though I think that the feel and versatility can potentially be better All in all it does what it states it does I would highly recommend this app for people groups that have to do several tasks for a project or whatnot and need a tool to help them organize and visually see their progress                 Visually Organize Your To Do s ScPpY

Keeping track of all the things in life or work is difficult and this one definitely helps solve the problem of forgetting to do something even on a honey do list I love the way it shows a post it note of the task you need and move it to being in progress or even done This will definitely help with stuff around the house and the tasks at work except for the ones that keep reminding me daily via Outlook at work though                     Very Useful App sunmaker
