If your like me and rent your personal vacation home yourself with Homeaway or VRBO software and own an iPhone then this app is a must have It saves me from having to take time out to sit down at my pc and respond to all the inquiries I get More importantly it has provided reservation security I can respond instantly to the inquires I get securing reservations sooner were as I used to sit at my home pc every couple days to respond to inquires and lost out to the competition whom responded sooner than I Just guessing I would say reservations have been by 25 I had been hoping for a long time for an app like this to show up and very grateful it finally has It saves precious time and makes money                 Heaven Sent for Vacation Home Owners

20 mins later and I still cant figure how to do anything with it other than add a description not friendly     Not worth it

Although I have only just started using this app it has been extremely helpful for my small rental company business It integrates well with my vacation rentpro software and VRBO Inquiry emails Makes it very easy to respond to potential renters The support has been fabulous and they respond quickly to any questions I have had Thank you                 Fabulous App

My first ever review The most expensive app I ever purchased and its way overpriced The only thing this app does is sends an email with a quote if you have a new inquiry It does not scan for payments or reservations in your email I have both apps the Vacation Props and Vacation Props pro The first one is useless in its entirety I never could figure put its purpose except for letting you know that you need to purchase the second app to get any use out of it The pro version syncs your email to look for new inquiries through IMAP So if you are on the go all the time and need to email a quote to your future guests from your phone you might find it useful The rest you have to do on the computer book request payments receive payments etc and then you have to manually transfer your calendar to your app to keep it up to date So my recommendation is skip this app until its upgraded and has more features Sync your smart phone with your IMAP email and activate a sound when receiving a new email free Mark your reservations on an already existing smartphone calendar free and when you get an inquiry call your future guests with availability also free This app is worth about 099299 MAX Not as much as it is priced        Good ideas but not there yet

So disappointed I purchased thinking this app would help bridge gap between flipkey No email sync You have to spend another 10 bucks Lame        Dumb

Seems the last two reviewers dont have as many inquires as I do This app does organize your inquires easily helps you respond to prospective clients quickly and easily and organizes my pricing Cost is reasonable considering its features tracking and accessibility I love it Thanks to the creators Anything that makes my life easier is worth 999                 Get organized track send info out quickly

Love this app Its very easy to add properties from VRBO and Home Away Just by copying an email inquiry I can create a customized response with exact rates The calendar tracks reservations and provides an email response based on availability The program tracks inquiries as well so I can follow up and increase bookings I had a few questions when setting up my property and they were answered within moments very responsive Definitely worth the money for people who rent their homes                 Perfect for renting my vacation home

This app has made responding to inquiries so very easy No more long handed figuring Its all figured out for you Everything stays well organized and It is always available wherever i am on my phone or I pad Tech support is responsive even on weekends I would highly recommend this app Totally worth the investment                 Great Timesaver

I have 11 units in a part time vacation rental business and even though I have advanced software now with inquiry lead management I still use this app for every inquiry This app allows me to be a first responder to inquiries and get more bookings for several years Thanks to the developer for adding the email backup feature with this release I tested it and it works fine                 I have responded to thousands of inquiries with this app Great time saver

I read all the things this app cant do before purchasing thinking no big deal huge mistake I wasted 999 Surely they will add basic tasks attach photos launch email        Poor choice

Downloaded app on iPad Doesnt work Interestingly it does work on iPhone I need it for my iPad though Why offer it for iPad if itll just freeze     No Good for iPad

I was a bit skeptical at first as I have a very efficient system already but after getting this setup its great and saves a ton of time Also Jeff has been incredibly responsive and has already added features and fixed bugs based on my feedback Highly recommend the full paid version                 Great app for superfast responses

This app could be great It does not connect to home away or VRBO If all of you reservations are put in and kept up to date be careful all of your data could be lost with an update     Over priced app

This app is great for maintaining multiple VRBO rentals The customer service has been lightning fast with their response to troubleshoot my questions and that is priceless                 Great App With A Customer Servive

All apps are not the perfect fit for everyone but that doesnt mean people need to give bad reviews when an app doesnt fit their exact need This app is great in my view and I think people should take negative reviews with a BIG grain of salt I am able to easily track my properties and quickly see who is in which apartment when What I love most about the app is the ability to create templated emails that draw information from my existing reservations This permits sending custom emails confirming bookings and providing other property details with minimal data entry I used to spend hours tracking my properties Now I can book people in my properties and quickly communicate with them via templated emails The app is not overpriced in my view Not even close I am not affiliated with the developer nor am I a paid reviewer                 Great App

There I sent any web info or support for this app on there site I can find and I cant get it to do what it says it will     Vacation Props does not work

I have an global account with HomeAway via my HomeAway Germany FeWo subscription Inquires from HomeAway and its partner pages arrive in my email with a German template This application does not recognize HomeAway network inquires that arrive in a different language than English HomeAway inquires do arrive in the native language from the country you signed up with and you cant change it That fact makes this application only usefull to users who originally signed up with an English language partner of HomeAway That fact made me deduct 2 stars from 5 The other problem I am running into is the rate calculation I am renting out weekly but I also accept shorter bookings while the rates for shorter booking are not linear Vacation rentals are not hotels and if someone wants to rent only for 4 nights then basically its not 4 times a daily rent but in my case its Weekly rent 7 4 night 1375 factor for only renting 4 nights The factor for 5 nights would be 12 and for 6 nights 1085 and for 7 or more nights its always factor 10 similar to no factor A solution like that makes to me more sense for a vacation rental the shorter below 7 nights the higher the daily rate This application can not handle this logic yet and thats there I deduct one more rating start If the both mention problems could be fixed in a future release I would rent this application 5 stars        Good idea but for me not working yet

Super helpful app for managing inquiries bookings on my properties The email integration lets me respond quickly to inquiries no matter where I am at any time and know my availability Quick responses to inquiries leads to more bookings it really does                 Fantastic app

Had old version and it worked ok not great just ok Hoped new version would be better Very disappointed I have lost the pro version It says to restore purchase does nothing     Pro does not load

For 30 this app is not worth it They do tell you that this app does not sync with your home away what good is this app if you cant sync your accountsmobile apps is made to be a extent ion of your home pc you manually have to update your calendar30 NOOOOOO        Not a good app

I manage a dozen vacation rental houses and condos and have been searching for a simple but effective tool to take care of reservations I have been using multiple spreadsheets for the past couple years but its difficult This ap is amazing It syncs with the VRBO calendar and makes responding to potential renters super simple                 Amazing ap

Just recently got this app to help manage our 9 rental cottages in Lake George NY This app allows me to easily see inquiries and send out availability emails in seconds No need to copy and paste emails like before and then go update the calendars it does all this for me Its so nice to be able to do this on the go instead of needing my laptop with me all the time to deal with all the inquiries I love how it updates the calendar and you can customize your email format The best part is that the Fourthframe staff have been so helpful I emailed with some questions and they responded within minutes EVEN ON A SUNDAY Well worth 999                 Everything I needed and more

1 doesnt automatically integrate anything from your listing Only thing fairly easy to do is import the calendar but changes on the app wont be updated to the site so theres no point 2 theres basically no instructions or intro at all 3 everything it tries to do can already be done on the homeawayairbnb apps for home away vrbo and airbnb 4 it has a fraction of the functionality those do 5 until theres a way to integrate or login to the listings from each of those sites then its mostly a waste of time     Pretty bad app
