After weeks of trying to get this system up and running i used it for 4 hours in my business It did not fit my needs I was assured by Dave the sales person that I could return the equipment within 30 days Its been 3 weeks since I tried returning it and havent been able to I ve been transferred from person to person and all they say is that we signed a contract that CANT be broken Another problem has been that you have to deal with 3 DIFFERENT people NCR Silver who is the processor Vantiv who is the app developer and the salesperson who has no ties to any of the other two If you are looking for a credit card processing company go with SQUARE Been working with them for 2 years and haven t had ANY problems plus there is no shady contracts     Be Aware Taviton
