Thanks so much for this app Its like a revolution I have had multiple problems with my Ventra card and their customer service They debited from my account but didnt add value to my card theyve suspended it for no reason left me on hold for 3 12 hours with no resolution never called me to resolve my issues as promised etc you get the point This app makes me feel like I have a voice that will be heard I guarantee Ventra is monitoring this app and seeing all the problems Hopefully we can make a change Thanks again Michael Awesome
