Vibe-View is used to measure vibration level. It has two modes of operation: Monitor and Analyze. In Monitor mode Vibe-View will continuously measure vibration levels and display maximum and average. Maximum reading can be reset ...
I selected one place in my airplane where I put my iPhone for measuring vibration Every time I fly I do a quick measure As long as it stays the same I am good If it starts increasing I start paying attention All of the measurements are done shown in G100 The vibration amplitude vector is the combination of XYZ amplitudes I use it as a reference device Actually pretty much anything can be measured Keep in mind there are limitations The default settings in Setup should not be changed However if you want to reduce the low frequency effect then you need to adjust K factor low pass filter factor I am the one who worked on this app so obviously I gave myself 5 stars Enjoy I use it to measure vibration in my airplane
The app works but lists no units The graph feature doesnt seem to work I hoped it would show me a frequency spectrum or something a bit more useful Good start but needs work
