Really just your basic no frills streaming video player Three stars only because there really isnt anything more to this app all movie selections are done in a web browser which launches this player after the transaction completes Just make sure you download this app before you fly I paid for Internet on the plane trying to download the app and watch a movie only to find out that the App Store was blocked by the airline wifi Seems kinda silly since I never even heard of this app before my flight Make sure you download BEFORE you fly
I downloaded this app on my Alaskan Airline flight so I could watch a movie It worked perfect I ended up watching a movie and a few TV shows Really helped getting time to fly by Perfect
All this just to watch a movie Smh Crap
It is stupid that I should have to install an app to watch the movies that they give me even after I have paid for Internet access The internet should be open This app and the people who made it are stupid Stupid and Restrictive

Worked once on a trip but was extremely spotty and had to restart a bunch of times then on my return trip would not work at all Way dumb I couldnt give it zero stars

Title says it all The five star review on here is likely someone working for delta trying to raise support for gogo Dont buy it This app and gogo are both crap Garbage
I was okay buying a movie on the flight because I figured that if I didnt finish on the plane I could finish at home but that was not the case Its a waste of money I will never buy another movie from this again And I do not advise other people to do it if there is any chance that you might not be able to finish the movie on the flight Not worth it
I am trying to watch a movie right now and the Internet is terrible it keeps stopping and sometime only the video stops I didnt pay for the movie so maybe that is what it is but buyer beware the Internet on your plane may not allow you to enjoy the movie Download a movie before your flight
Got the app and it had me running around in circles for a while to get anything I could click on I had nowhere else to go at the time and I was determined to see if the app actually did anything at all Once I eventually got to the available programs there was nothing worth seeing The safety card in the back pocket was more interesting Less than useless
Tried on two separate flights that were supposed to have it Only got error messages saying the movies werent available Didnt work
This is very cumbersome and took a long time to get going Even once it is all downloaded there is a good deal of switching between Internet and the app Thought Id still have time for a quick movie but the pilot cut the wifi early Tells me to try watching again from wifi Fine go home and try to watch again only to be told I must be in the air on the same airline and within the rental period Essentially it is impossible to finish watching the movie that I paid for This is a logistic nightmare and the company needs to make some major fixes Let me finish

I dont know what all the bad reviews are about I didnt pay a dime and I was able to watch newly released movies for free I flew on delta and went to click a movie and it wanted me to download this app After a few minutes of tinkering around the App Store opened and it downloaded Then I was able to choose any movie i wanted under free and didnt have to pay anything The movies under free are newer release within the last year so it really helped make the flight go fast Free in flight movies
Figured Id take 2 min to try it as Im bored Just like the other reviews errors out Wow Just wow Yup Doesnt work
Before the fix it had issues but at least I was able to get it to work After the fix nothing but an error message frustration Worse
I enjoy downloading this app on the delta airlines because it gives me many movies to watch I wish I could keep the movies and watch them all the time but I cant Planes
This is the most worthless thing to buy because half of the planes that youll fly on arent even equipped with what you need to watch anything Then when you wait online to talk to someone theyre charging you and taking more of your money that you can no longer get refunded for Customer service will tell you that because youve already spent time on their app you can only be partially credited for the money you paid and didnt get to use This is the most worthless thing I have ever spent money on I will never do it again Thats why its getting the lowest amount of stars from me Dont waste your money
You need to download the app before you get on a flight It is a plugin for your browser Once you download it connect to the inflight Gogo Wifi then open your browser I was able to stream beautifully on my iPad on Alaska all the short films for free during my flight from Seattle to Las Vegas Worked like a charm Worked like a charm
I was hesitant to download this app given the numerous negative reviews To my pleasant surprise I encountered no problems at all Using my iPhone 6 I was able to enjoy a fairly new and free film on my Delta flight My experience was headachefree Minus a star because the player itself is nothing special just functional No problems for me
The card in my seat back pocket said there were two free movies and some free tv shows However when I created the account and downloaded the app everything had a rental fee I wouldnt be upset if they would not have put the card in the seat pocket American Airlines mislead me

While nothing I did could Make the app work I updated my iOS got latest version of the app etc and couldnt watch movies I went to live chat on the delta portal and they gave me a day pass for free wifi browsing I thought that was nice in exchange Although a movie sounds better right now Hopefully they get it fixed fast Taken care of
Had the previous version and used it often with no problems on my ipad and Mac laptop Now I keep getting this error message oh no the video is not available FAQ suggested installing latest version of app So after deleting old version and reinstalling still get same message Tried resolving through help chat but they had no clue Frustrating pointless

The scroll bar is so small its almost impossible to scroll accurately to anywhere in the movie Given the screen size there is room to expand this to allow for a better range and better accuracy in trying to go to a certain place in the movie Needs better scroll bar
