I used to love this app I ve used it for years Since switching to an iPhone X and iOS 11 whenever I try to share or export anything from the app it crashes I don t have other copies of the stuff saved in there so if I can t export and my pics are just stuck in there I m gonna be really ticked off     Was great now horrible jrbaby88

This app has given me many of headaches in my time using it If the app doesn t read your fingerprint correctly it goes into a safe mode dummy account The only way you can regain your media is through as icloud or ios back up If you haven t backed up any of your photos you ve just lost ALL OF YOUR MEDIA The customer service is nonexistent You can e mail them all you like they will never reply back Something weird is happening with my albums the photo that I choose to be the album cover is no longer the album cover even though I have it set up by the photo s date to be the album cover Whatever you guys messed up you need to fix it         Video Safe 2 Hollywood Coke

Amazing app The most recent upgrade removed a few features that I prefer You can no longer lock the screen in either portrait or landscape Locking in portrait is unnecessary because the iPhone can do that on its own but if I am laying on my side I d prefer for the view to stay in landscape Along with the locking preference went the in app brightness adjustment I enjoyed that it changed back to the phones preset brightness level after the phone was locked and unlocked Other functions where missing that I enjoyed but they are covered in prior comments Overall GREAT app Highly recommended                 Functionality KingKameo

There is no custom button as shown on their website I can not arrange my folders or the pics and videos inside them Also I can t seem to be able to turn off the password lock Video safe crapped out with iOS 11 so I had to buy this one You d think part 2 would be an upgrade but no dice thus far         Ugh The Jagerbombcast

I love the app but the latest update removed some features that I regularly used to use No longer can I switch between random and sequential in a slideshow This is a problem especially if the slideshow is on search results If I want to switch from random to sequential now I have to exit search results switch and execute the search again I used to be able to switch without executing the search again I really miss that functionality Also there seems to be no way now to randomly play videos at all why would you remove that functionality I used it all the time another removal of functionality is the showing of what item I am viewing out of the total number That is gone now Also while watching a video I can no longer skip to the next why would you remove all of these things I would expect an update to add more features not take them away please add the removed functionality back                 Features removed Slenom

Awesome app It is a one time purchase no monthly fees or outrageous yearly subscriptions The updates are good when there are bugs Just wish you could pick the photo for the folder you want and wish it would delete the photos after import Other than that love it                     Absolutely love it myhender

I have been using the paid version of VS2 on my iPhone and iPad and it is has been great That said upon launching the latest version of the app it goes to black screen and closes All my photos and videos are inaccessible DO NOT DOWNLOAD     Have been using paid version for years latest version crashes Carogoff

Specifically on my iPad Pro latest updates as of this date the app launches fine If you select a video in landscape and tap on the play icon nothing happens The work around is to open the video in portrait mode then rotate your device However there are still issues remaining In either mode you can t scrub the timeline and the lock orientation button is missing Hope this gets fixed soon or I ll be on the hunt for a working app     Latest update has caused issues FjrPilot07AE
