This app has worked reasonably well buggy but effective for me for years However now all my devices that I ve upgraded to the newest iOS are having problems Cameras in grid view look fine but when you zoom in to view one cam it freezes the video and it won t play My devices that are still on the older iOS still work fine but eventually I want to upgrade Please make an update for this app             Please fix robotcombat

App worked beautifully until the latest update which killed the audio on my iPad2 and iPhone6 both running the last released version of iOS 8 Unable to reach developer as they have too many spam blockers to be able to send emails to support     Audio stopped working after this update SurenPai

Update as of 4 2 15 ver 3 7 5 STILL involuntarily entering cameras into digital PTZ It is enabling view area when i keep this option DISABLED I give up Update on 11 13 3014 App is STILL ENABLING DIGITAL PTZ settings on cameras where it WAS not enabled just by double clicking on a cam to enlarge it My digital PTZ settings are ALWAYS off as I do NOT like to use viewing areas and then pan tilt or zoom within them I performed a test where i log into a cam to verify PTZ is NOT enabled I start your app refresh cam view everthing still ok I double click the testing cam in app and when refresh live view in the camera your app has enabled digital PTZ Ive used this app for several years now and you did not have this problem until your recent updates PLEASE FIX Do NOT enable setting on ppls cams Only allow digital PTZ ON CAMS WHERE IT WAS ALREADY ENABLED before your app starts NOT for ppl who do not use it Your app REALLY should not be involuntarily changing settings in cams AT ALL On the plus side terminating the app no longer deletes the cameras from the app so that part seems to work again Now the app changes every camera s settings to PTZ just by double clicking a camera even if the cameras are not in viewing area mode I DON T WANT MY CAMERAS AUTOMATICALLY changed to a viewing area I don t want my cameras defining viewing areas thru an app It used to work just fine Fix it back Also separately cameras that are added get deleted when app is closed upate for version 3 7 1 STILL forcing cameras into PTZ mode when they haven t been set up to enable PTZ mode I DON T WANT YOUR APP PUTTING MY CAMERAS INTO PTZ MODE YOU NEED TO MAKE IT THE USER S CHOICE WHETHER THEY WANT TO BE IN PTZ MODE OR NOT Put in a check to retain whatever mode you find the camera in before your app is launched Do NOT enter cameras into PTZ mode involuntarily I DON T KNOW HOW TO MAKE THIS ANY CLEARER In other words YOUR APP NEEDS TO STOP enabling DIGITAL PTZ in people s cameras when it was NOT ALREADY ENABLED     STILL changes camera settings to PTZ AS OF 11 13 14 somepartslack

When you open the app Some cameras will load up and then you get one or two that is still connecting I wait a while and you physically have to tap the screen and then the camera opens up It only happens to axis 2100 model The cameras are axis first cameras in 2005 but they still work great please fix this problems because I m sure there s still a lot of people with these 2100 axis around I give you 4 stars because reviews are important Fix it soon                 Some bugs aasmiami

This app meets the viewing requirement I was seeking but it does have some drawbacks It does not seem week supported outside the immediate wifi range and when used over the internet it has a serious latency issue I tried accessing my site from 3700 miles away and never could get a single camera to come up Great for onsite use but not so great when a away from home                 Axis Cam Bfubear

If had this app for years never deleting it but the only reason for not deleting it was because I paid for it and always hoped that it would get better Does it access my Axis cameras Yes but there are far better apps out there and they do the job much better I addition over all the years all I ve seen added are additional features that you need to pay in app fees for So your money and buy something else but not this     Waste of Money I'm_A_Geek

Recently updated to ver 3 5 0 on 1st gen iPad and the app reached the splash screen and then returns to home screen Uninstalled and re installed app Sent 2 e mails to EyeSpyFX and played their little game to prove that I was a human and not a spam bot After completing game each time was taken to a second screen that was blank used both Safari AND Firefox How do I revert to previous version 3 4 0 that WORKED WELL Previous version did what it was supposed to and displayed all of my cameras nicely                     Avid App User WiFi_Dude-009

This is the Axis viewer for iOS I have been waiting for Easy connectivity and nice UI Its the first App I have seen which allows access to the recordings although this costs another 3 via in app purchase I have used Cam Control for the past year but this one by EyeSpy FX is far better     Great Features Civfan44

I ve got a cable modem connection 20MB down 6MB UP I routinely get choppy video slow fps intermittent audio I realize it requires more than just good bandwidth to achieve good video audio i e you need low network latency etc but I use this app for remote access monitoring if my cameras while out of the office If I use a pc app in the same remote manner it seems to work much better The pc app appears to buffer the video audio stream so when there are intermittent network delays the video is queued up a bit and you don t get the intermittent video audio problems I will say when your on the local network with the cameras it works great I just wish they had the ability to add some buffering to smooth out wifi Internet traffic delays             Good App But Glitchy Video Audio MBruck

This app was very easy to start up and begin viewing my axis p1346 The problem is that I am streaming my camera 16 9 HDTV1080p 30fps The playback on this app is not only 4 3 but also very glitchy compared to local and remote viewing on my computer Its more like 4 fps My upload speed on my network is 1 5Mbps and I am streaming 800Kbps I am connected to wifi with the app also             it s okay xjx100

I got 3 IP cameras installed at my work Tech that installed them had no clue how to remote view on IPhone or IPad You cannot call the developer of this app but they do respond to email rather quickly I called Axis the manufacturer of the cameras and it took their tech 45 minutes to configure my router and IP settings If you can t figure out your setups after 15 minutes call your camera company                     Works only after Axis setup my system Curly pubes
