The app when under iOS7 is not great to begin with But now using iOS8 on my iPhone the app does not even open Each time I attempt to do so the app crashes and I am brought back to the phones home screen Also customer service is not what one wishes for but rather what one has learned to expect from large carriers like Verizon Our company has paid a substantial amount of money to implement this virtual phone system We would have been better off not doing so we spent too much money and wasted an enormous amount of time with implementation and attempted optimization app does not even open under iOS8

Doesnt work with IOS8 Good when it worked

In iOS8 the app would consistently forget my password thus requiring me to login almost any time I needed to use the app Doesnt even work in iOS9 Very unreliable

It may b cool if it will load Might b amazing

I would probably like it if I could log in However every attempt to log in results in Failure to retrieve configuration Authentication needed I can log in fine from a PC or laptop but this app that is supposed to work with IOS 8 version 2012 is what I have installed and it proclaims This is now compatible with iOS8 doesnt seem to allow log in Verizon support is so far useless on the subject IT Site Administrator

Crashes on new software and new iPhone Doesnt work

Have had an ongoing trouble ticket since Sept No resolution Worked on ios7 Has not worked once in ios8 Not willing to waste any more time on it I use this app as my primary work line no desktop phone We pay verizon a monthly fee for SoftPhone access 25 SoftPhones This SoftPhone app hasnt worked in over a month with latest iOS also going on 30 days with an open trouble ticket with no resolution Not good Update Hasnt worked in since Sept
