VoKey

I would VERY much like to see precise control added for manually setting loop and ESPECIALLY crossfade points which are essential in a sampler to get even tone BeatMaker2 is the only iOS app I know of that has that functionality unfortuanately It works well and doesnt crash or glitch Quality sound stability attractive UI and an expanding feature set Tech support was quick to sort a problem and answered all my questions                 NICE

It would be great to have this in the output of audiobus but as is its fun and works as stated Looking forward to updates                 It is what it is and good at it

You guys have the workings of a Great app but without the import function its useless Praying for a quick update with the issue fixed Please dont give up on your app Thanks Music creator        PLEASE FIX IMPORT FUNCTION

Wait until the developer corrects the import process Crashes on every attempt to import sounds Wait until the developer makes this app work in the OUTPUT portion of Audiobus Just waitPERIOD     Crash 5 Burn

The iPad music scene really does need a good traditional sampler app VoKey is not it First the pictures in the preview is all you get for the interface No help or deeper setting screen to help you get idea what is going on Second yes you can map parts of a sample file across the keyboard but it no where close to traditional sampling system You have no control over root note for tuning and you can only load one sample at a time It sports virtual MIDI but there nothing to indicate when it it using back ground processing or which virtual midi channel it is on but then again it never showed out as a receiver in my other virtual midi apps Timestretch is nice to have but there is no obvious way to specify what you want to time stretch to I bought this because VoKey touted a good lists of specs and Audiobus and I wanted something like a traditional late 80s Pro sampler keyboard like a ESP or Emax This is not it if fact I am not exactly sure what kind of sampler VoKey is trying to be If VoKey radically improves over the past few months then I wont feel ripped off but right now I feel disappointed If they would at least add a bitcrusher effect it would help     Not quite ready for prime time

I have no experience with earlier versions because I was looking for more advanced features than it had Well now it has This is a deceptively deep App with exceptional fine control over the construction of a sample set in the new Pro features Plus a very flexible MIDI implementation Couple this with AudioBus and at this price it is a nobrainer Just buy it As ZenLizard said the developer is very responsive and very detailed in those responses I can only give him and VoKey 5 stars                 Very Nice Excellent Pro Features

There are other apps which have similar functions and are more advanced such as Grain Science The app seems to crash more often than most apps I use when using it for audiobus The audio copy and paste works fine as does the core midi Itd be very nice to have virtual midi support It seems the developer is working on making improvements so hopefully I can update my rating in the near future to reflect this           Making Progress

you had option to make keys bigger could load samples via audiocopypaste or even from song library as i like chopping samples up also tried uploading a whole song wav via your webshare but the audio doesnt pop up when i try to load whereas smaller samples do good job on the timestretch feature took over where samplewiz stopped as they dont update after you buy their app so pls keep developing this app           could be 5 stars if

Another over designed WHEEL that is still just another sampler with a horrible interface and paying extra money for the full version just makes it worse Plus Lame tutorialspeace Christo     Confusing do do sample nightmare
