I dont get all these neg reviews There is no way an app will get you more volume than the device is capable ofduh And if you need that much volume you are likely already suffering hearing loss people Turn it down I was looking for a solution to a problemI have super sensitive hearing but I love listening to music Seriously even the lowest volume on my iPhone is too loud in a quiet environment I needed a way to step down more incrementally and THIS IS IT This app offers TWO sets of buttons for controlling volume The larger set controls the standard preset 116 increments on the devicethe SMALLER set is for precision 110 tuning For me this makes a HUGE difference in control If you just want LOUD you probably dont need this app Grow a brain Im so sick of people with unrealistic expectations who clearly cannot read                 It DOES what THEY SAY IT DOES

I got this app for listening in quiet settings at night while going to sleep Theres a very minute difference between the regular 116th first level and the lowest volume of 001 in the app Hardly worth it Its still too loud If this app is able to lower it even a fraction maybe more increments would help lower it more noticeably        Needs more increments

I love being able to fully adjust the volume on the iPhone as well as preset levels for different apps This is just genius                 Love it

Often when reading these moronic reviews its hard to tell if an app is really worth the money It is my fervent hope that this review will help the people out there of at least average intelligence The trolls will write their illogical hate reviews no matter what we say so lets not feed them When listening with headphones my iPod often makes me choose between one of two volume levels not quite loud enough to enjoy or painfully loud In my opinion this is engineering idiocy on Apples part Enter Volume Master This app does indeed allow you to control your iPods volume in much smaller increments and dial in the exact volume you want Problem solved One important caveat though it does not work with bluetooth headphones With bluetooth headphones the volume controls dont do anything until you reach a certain number of steps and then the volume increases suddenly in one large jump perhaps blowing your ears out just like before you installed the app So bluetooth is a fail Now to address the reviewers who thought they could get more volume out of their ipods with this app that would be a function of the hardware people Come on No app can do that Besides unless you are either my grandmother or Bobby Blotzer from Ratt there should be no need to do that unless you are specifically trying to achieve tinitus In case you are at the other end of the unreasonable spectrum you cant achieve ultra low spideysense volume levels with this app either I dont think that would be a legitimate reason to give this app one star You cant drive your car while your mechanic is changing your oil either but thats no reason to give your garage a one star reviewthat would be totally unreasonable There are no independent controls for left and right channels as the screen shot impliesthat gripe is legit So to sum up Volume Master works great for its intended purpose which is providing smaller volume increments so that you can achieve your desired volume level within a normal listening volume range That is provided youre not using Bluetooth headphones It is not crap It is not garbage It works quite well It is worth the money unless you have unreasonable screwball expectations I really hope this review helps somebody                 Works great but not with bluetooth

Really doesnt work u move the meter up 5 and nothing happens so u move it up more and it still doesnt work until u hit the increment when ur iPod would reg turn up Doesnt work dont waste money     Crap

The app is ok nice interface controls but on my Iphone it does NOT raise the volume moreso than the phone does The phone adjustment goes to 100db the app goes to 110 which is nothing really              Ok

I got this app because it shows left and right volume However you cannot control them separately There are many people in this world without perfect hearing in both ears We need either hardware or software to balance the sound back to the middle This appears to be a major oversight in todays products There were radios decades ago that did this        No Balance
