Ive been using this method for about A year now and I love it I have no complaints Delivery is always on time and the delivery guys are very friendly                 Excellent

I am rating the service as well as the app The app does the job easy to understand the layout and use Never had a problem with it and I prefer the app to the website The search function is a little too specific you have to get in the exact right string of words to find something specific Still a great app And I will give a shoutout to my LA service peeps They do a great job on deliveries Even if you have a car why are you going to the grocery store Get it delivered                 Great app great service

Never sent codes they promised so I called customer service a nice gentlemen provided the codes I tried using them and was told not good for this date they were the free shipping water and towel codes for my first order so they are only good for this date I tried a few hours later to enter the codes to be told I exceeded the number of times I can use these codes What they never accepted them its a scam in my opinion so I will never use this app or shop at this store     Terrible app

This app has worked great for me It is so convenient and I can access my history which shortens the time When Ive been interrupted and feared I might have lost my order and delivery time it let me back in with no problem I also am able to access all the discounts just like on the desk top and I can add items when Im on the run Whats not to like                 Several Great Deliveries

I used this app successfully less than a year ago But now Ive forgotten my password and the forgot password aid keeps timing out I cant use the app at all Guess I will be hoofing it to the store the old fashioned way     Not working for me

I have been ordering groceries for at least 3 years and love the convenience of having an app but the latest update has some bugs It keeps asking me to sign in when navigating in the app and the search feature keeps coming up with no results for a simple search such as bacon If I search again then results will appear Please fix these bugs ASAP This version is very cumbersome Otherwise I am very happy and highly recommend the app but I cannot give this version more than 2 stars I will update to 5 stars once these issues are fixed        Previously wonderful currently buggy

Simply the app and website are train wrecks constantly crashing thus making the idea of having to physically go to the grocery store and do your shopping the old fashioned way a far more appealing option That defeats the purpose thought does it not Vons Ive had delivery about five or six times and with everything else delivery etc its great but wasting time on their clunky site isnt worth it in the end        Not Ready

It makes me log in every time even if I just go out of it for a second to look at something else I hate that Why cant it just keep me logged in Theres no back button as on the regular website so I have to restart my search every time and scroll down to where I left off Id rather use the regular website than this app           Good but needs some changes

Been using this app offon for a year now You HAVE to watch the basket number continuously because itll say an item is added but wasnt Going off of your history is a joke because half the items have changed so you need to look for something similar Regularly shuts down in the middle of shopping and when you try to log in an error message with a phone number is all you get I understand that there are links in the beginning but Ive seen no improvements made to this app Whats the point in writing a review then     Fix this app already

Easy Quick Time saving The app is easy to use and I dont have to go to the grocery store ever again That gets my five stars Its about a five hour a week save on time Five hours extra I can work work out or whatever I plan on sending this app to all my clients                 My kind of shopping

Like most people I work throughout the week and try to jam pack weekends with errands cleaning house and family time This service frees up hours of my weekend It works great The delivery folks are very nice and dont accept tips There are no hidden fees and they have always communicated exactly what may be missing or substituted Im hooked                 Love it

Its still old school huge letters when typing and the search function is very dated and hard to find items Plus the app barely ever works        Grateful but needs a lot of work

Five weeks later and this app is not fixed No delivery dates are available no lists are available and the aisle choices are not available I guess VONS Safeway is not interested in promoting this service Id like to know how some customers are able to use this app successfully Right     APP wouldnt work

This app is horrible I have downloaded it twice created two different profiles to use on it basically tried every trick I know and every time I try to log in I get a incorrect password message even when using the password they sent to my email to reset it Please dont waste your time and download this app its so frustrating No wonder they offer all the deals to use the app for delivery NO ONE CAN LOG IN Huge waste of time     I would rate a zero but

While Safeway intended on fixing some voice over related issues I personally think they became worse Overall I really didnt have major voice over issues on my devices However with this new update I certainly do While scrolling my history I must scroll up from bottom of the page Otherwise scrolling down causes app to crash I have also found while scrolling with Headers in the rotor cursor jumps and loses focus Causing the cursor to miss items on the page Please find a quick resolution for these issues While this doesnt make app completely unusable It does certainly add an added time to shopping At this point not extremely efficient        Voice Over Issues

This app no longer works Unable to locate a connection for support Several weeks ago it became more more difficult to connect I log in it spins says unable to connect Also there is a problem with missing items in my cart Have to check recheck to make sure I have ordered everything I wanted The search feature is frustrating I put the brand name in it comes back with not found Your search must be exact If it has an apostrophe you have to enter it to find this item I have been using this app for years so the should get better not worse     Broken App

This app is great No problems I open the app order my groceries and then they deliver them to my home No problems              Safeway Home Delivery

Does not efficiently help you order groceries and thats what it says it does It should list the stores that deliver and navigate you thru it     Needs an app to explain app

Pretty easy to use but barcode scanning feature crashes app 100 of the time Reinstalling the app doesnt fix Limited utility           Works ok not great

Half the time it wont even load Once it does its crashy and hangs a lot Been trying to get to my shopping cart for the last 20 minutes Hunk of junk     Garbage

App opens up but once you go to log in error comes up stating service unavailable please try again later Ive been receiving this error all day long Not happy with it and not thrilled with it at this point Im going to give 24 hours to fix if not I do not suggest this app to anyone     Services unavailable

This has been a time saver for my family The delivery was spot on We saved so 60 We got free shipping the online savings were great for us Over all it worked better then we could have hoped it has changed the way we grocery shop                 Worked very well

The greatest thing is they deliver What a Blessing and convenience to be able to have your groceries brought to you The drivers are wonderful and always courteous and even unload the groceries on my counter Bad is the website and the people who pick the groceries The website constantly kicks you out or reprograms your options Such as to substitute or not So I get a lot of bad produce and wrong items But at least I get some food when unable to get out           The Good and the Bad

If decide to order food from VonsSafeway that is to be delivered to ones home this is one app that is very convenient way to order without using any desktop or laptop computer especially when having a heavy injuries in ones body that it is not wise to move around              Nice app

Even after the last update app gives service unavailable error so I end up using the website which is tediously slow Great service but with bad software The recent iOS 8 improvements have only made it worse     still doesnt work
