I purchased a 3000 packet I am unable to connect support has not responded to my numerous requests for help Do not purchase this app     Does not work no support

Never used VPN before finally I can watch videos at work and not use my cellular data Worked great downloaded and started using right away with no issues                 Works great

The app works perfectly for me enough said One note in the daily lucky draw please stop asking for the annoying reminder for the next draw every day it is extremely annoying Rather you can leave it as an option in the setting whether or not I want to set a reminder              Works as charm

Its very very bad I still cant connect it to the server over one week No one ever replied my email I brought one year service but I only got used it one month If you want to throw your money to the trashchoose it     Disappoint

For 3 weeks it has stopped working in china customer service only occasionally responds with auto response It was reliable for a long time but now has been very poor The status check showed it working today and I managed to connect for ten minutes and then got cut off and the servers have been down since I have used this vpn for a long time and had recommended it to others their lack of response does not tell me if they are having legitimate problems or if they are letting it go downhill I hope they fix their problems and if they do I will rate them 5 stars again like I did in the past        Fourth review
