I really liked this app I used the free trial I tried to cancel the day before they changed me anyway It also said if you cancel early you lose the remainder of your trial I also put it on my laptop because I liked the app In most cases you need a email password can use the same service on both devices for the same charge On the laptop it only asks for you to use an email address for a free trial When that trial was over this company once again got into my PayPal tried to charge me which also went to my bank account There was no where to put any billing info yet they would ve gotten money I didn t authorize I have been refunded by iTunes as well as fee reversals from PayPal my bank Good luck not losing money with these people I hate it because the service was good Not so good at the expense of taking money I didn t authorize Watch out for fraud poison8774

I have had good results with this VPN for two years now Solves Netflix and other website access problems when I am in China If I have server connection problems updating the profiles always solves the problem Never had a problem with loss of purchased subscriptions after an iOS update as others have reported Great App I would give 5 stars if connections were more robust An auto reconnect feature would be appreciated Very Effective VPN

I used this app and it works as long as the VPN is connected But the VPN gets disconnected very often approx 5 mins or so This is annoying I tried using various servers available and all of them have the same issue So this is a problem with the base software and not the VPN servers themselves If it wasnt for the disconnections I would have rated it higher Frequent disconnections
Woo Hoo Just got a whole hour of uninterrupted Netflix viewing before the VPN quit working Unfortunately I was in the middle of trying to watch a movie so now I have to quit Netflix log off the LAN here at the hotel log back on reinstall the VPN profiles and if Im lucky reestablish a VPN connection so I can finish watching the movie What a royal pain If I was at home I would definitely be looking for a better VPN to work on my iPad This one doesnt Miserable Pass on this one
