Tôi có nhắn tin sử dụng gói dịch vụ tháng của VTV Sports có mật khẩu và tài khoản đăng nhập bình thường Tiền đã trừ vào tài khoản nhưng mỗi khi xem thì hiện ra thông báo sai session hoac tai khoan khong ton tai bằng tiếng Việt Không Dấu Tôi có gọi cho bộ phận hỗ trợ cuộc gọi tính phí và có lẽ còn nhiều hơn số tiền để nạp hàng tháng cho VTV Sports thì bộ phận này có mấy nhân viên cười đùa hỏi nhau nói chuyện thiếu tôn trọng khách và cúp máy bất kì lúc nào họ thích Tóm lại ko có ích gì Tôi chấp nhận mất tiền oan để không sử dụng dịch vụ này và mong các khách hàng khác lưu ý Tôi định vote 0 star nhưng không có nên đành vote 1 star Phần mềm tồi hỗ trợ vô văn hoá
