Great for getting a second number for putting in a classified ad etc I created an account in their website and logged into the app with my email and password Worked fine not sure what the 1 star reviews are all about I just pushes no on access to contacts pop up but I think it just uses those for your Vumber contacts if you want to have them in the app                     Worked well for me tolvak

The Vumber phone number that was generated for me was someone else s phone number So when I called it to activate my Vumber phone number someone answered And then there s no easy way to contact support Horrible experience waste of time     Horrible AZX2012

I have sprint iphone and Vumber All good for biz in different cities having local s UNTIL I INSTALLED APP ON MY IPHONE VoIP and 3G caused all 19 calls to ghost Lost all biz for 3 straight days Tech support like eBay good luck Emails emails and wait Uninstalled app and problems continue Still not sending any calls to my registered phones Way too confusing Vumber says Oh yeah we got some problems Cool Stay away for This app on your phone Use computer and sign up Lack of customer service means stay away     Vumber is fine until I installed iPhone app Furniturejg

Actually Vumber does not let you make and receive calls I ve gotten 15 emails from their support saying to try this or try that and it still won t make calls What good is a phone that only receives calls but can t make calls You shouldn t have to spend hours trying to tweak things An app should work and this one does NOT     Does not make outgoing calls Roger91367

Been a vumber customer for 2years and the only complaint I ve ever had was that it was kind of a pain to have to log onto their website from my iPhone to manage my account A vumber app has been on my wishlist and now that it s here it s even better tha I had hoped Vumber is an outstanding service Well worth the money Customer service rocks too in case you need them                     I love vumber and love the new app Dgchvbh

The only thing I would have to say is make a better iPhone app Don t give us 300 minutes to play with for just 14 days and thats it plus its a free app Don t give people a free app then expect them to want to pay for the service later Make a free trial app and also have a paid version of the app so the person can test it and then download the paid version If you do decide to make a paid version in the App Store then that should be the only payment since it had to be bought It shouldn t be an app that has continuous payments Monthly payments yearly payments etc Thats a waste of TIME MONEY and no one is going to want that If we wanted another phone company we wouldn t have wasted our time downloading it             Pretty Useful Cool BUT M.I.M.U.R
