This app would be awesome if it actually worked Ordered a coffee maker through the app when I first checked in it never arrived Ordered breakfast for the next morning It never showed up Highly disappointed        Cool Idea would be cooler if it worked

I used to love working out to music with this app however now music wont even play If I get it to play on wifi it cuts in and out Several of my friends have the same issue Really embarrassing to the w hotel that theyd advertise an app that is such poor quality        Great music terrible terrible app

Im shocked Starwood would put their reputation on this app We waited for an hour for room service that never showed up The interface is a joke Try to order room service I dare you I have a friend that works at Starwood who is so ashamed his company is attached to this app Good try but miserable implementation Dont bother     Amazingly terrible

I downloaded this for the Ws music period Its like Pandora on steroids for dialing in just the right mood Cant speak to the functionality that others complained about but if Im going to order a drink it will be from the bartender or stylin cocktail waitress in the Ws lounge and not my iPhone Comon man                 Pandora on steroids

I tried to use to order room service or towelsrobes but there was no menu allowing me to do so The Front Desk and Concierge were no help and said there was a bug that they were working out and has not yet worked My question is why would it be available to use if not yet ready Poor execution        Music and images and that is about it

i always stay at Starwood hotels I love the music they play there this free app plays similiar commercial free music only issue the music only lasts 60 minutes then you need to start it up again              Excellent commercial free music

Before update app worked just fine Now music pauses and app crashes with slight network interruption Please fix     Please fix bugs after update

Does anyone know how to retrieve messages in the app It says I have a message but I cant figure out how to read it                 Messages

The design seems poorly made with a feeling that it was rushed to be part of Apples App Market Nothing is made clear when booking a hotel from the app When you try to look up deals it simply takes you to the Ws full website which is impractical as a viewing option on an iPhone and to add to it not all the features of the website were designed to work on any mobile device It seems like a good idea for the app to exist but its such a terrible user interface I rather just stick to the website than deal with the website in my phone     A TERRIBLE APP

In truth I cannot discuss any other functionality of the app because I have only used it to list to the great music mixes So many excellent mixes for specific moods Right now I have had Sensual Lounge Moods Volume 1 on repeat for 2 days I keep the music playing while I work or drive I have an iphone adapter for my car Im only giving it 4 stars because I havent used any other features but if it were for the music alone 5 stars all the way              The Music is EVERYTHING

This app provides the W experience wherever you are The music streams are perfect for parties or just laying by the pool App shows off the new W design and lets you book any W based on your location First app I have ever sen to do that                 W Continues to innovate

There a couple of locations listed that are no longer W hotels Like the New Orleans location on Poydras is now a Le Meridian Wheres the Bogota location     Update it

This is why I only stay at Starwood How could you expect any less Now I can listen to the music and feel like Im at the W even when Im at home                 Love this

As others have stated none of the ordering worked It wasnt updated to the location specific menusofferings either But even more egregious is for the ordering more toiletries etc to the room which are Wwide available it never worked I placed 2 orders 2 days in a row which appeared to be submitted but none of my stuff ever arrived Included in that was a coffeemaker for the room ordered the first night which easily became moot when the next day morning java it wasnt there Too bad it doesnt work because then when I called down to request what I had put through TWICE on the mobile app they brought up the wrong stuff Get it together W The UI could use some work but not before you get the backend right     Useless

Stops playing music at the slightest network interruption Crashes all the time usually after unlocking the phone or switching back to the W app           Music is amazing but many bugs

As such a globally renown hotel brand that prides itself on being NewNext and cutting edge this app is a far cry from all of that in every way The interface is unintuitive and difficult to navigate Music app works for a while but then crashes Hotel information is limited and photos are incomplete The idea of requesting items and services through the app is wonderful but has never actually worked in any of my stays There is no iPad app and the iPhone app has a landscape mode that is unusable Starwood should update or create an app for use at W residences as well It seems like Starwood has abandoned this app while still marketing it as a feature on W Hotels site I suggest that they should either make an app that actually enhances guests experiences and lives up to the W brand or drop the app all together Applications from Four Seasons and Ritz Carlton are far more functional     Flaws bugs Hasnt been updated since Nov 2013

Downloaded tapped cant find what I need my reservations didnt like deleting Trying Starwood app next to see if I cant find booking        Not seeing where I log in to check on reservations

This app is next to useless If you want a booking tool just use the SPG App The interface is clunky and app hard to use The add I saw said you could order in room dinning from the appcouldnt see how to do that either     Pretty Bad App

Music is awesome never had issues great for parties It is a bit tough to change from Type to type Surfing hotels and stuff is easy                 Love the app
