I love everything about this app EXCEPT that lately it has been resetting itself during my walk and I lose all my walk data I downloaded another app but I dont like it as much Hopefully theyll fix it soon           Good app EXCEPT

The free version worked perfectlythis version is worthless It crashes 95 of the timeloses all datadoesnt track distance correctly same route 3 times in clear satellite view with significantly different distancesdont waste your money     Worst Ever

Lost most my info with the update and can no longer save runs that are tracked by the app or ones that I try to add manually Very frustrated by the update hope they get these bugs fixed so I dont have to try to find another app to use Have also tried to email the company with no response        New update has big issues

22 update lost all settings and saved data 13 had inconsistent save about 50 of the time save just failed and lost route Vendors web service creating KML for sharing on social networks generated malformed XML for me All that said I found the features and userinterface of this app compelling until with both ok and new versions hitting save either loses my walk permanently or crashes the app Hopefully no more hiccups in 22 other than update losing my history and settings and the annoying savebugs well see I used to love this app then tolerated it and now I just curse at it I am a longtime software engineer so my perspective on the importance of quality may skew the way I look at this the developers of this app could have done so much more investing their time in making it robust and reliable instead of or before reskinning it to look more attractive after years of no updates If the developers can fix things in a future update I am happy to revisit this review and my rating     Both versions varnish on a rotting barn

This app works perfectly almost all the time About every 1520th use it will stop and reset I dont notice this until I have completed my walk It is excellent in every regard with this one exception I still use this app as it has the ability to manually enter the walk I go to history and use the results from a previous walk I would give it 5 stars were it not for this minor quirk              95 Excellent

I used to be very happy with this app With the latest update I have about a 5050 chance the app will quit mid route and nothing will have been recorded I wish theyd release a bug fix or Ill have to find another app        Used to be a good app

The concept is great but totally unreliable I have used or attempted to use this for my daily walks now for several months and it has worked only half the time Still no updates so beware if you are serious about tracking this is not the app you want        Walk Watch

The app works pretty well but I cant figure out how to make the date change automatically I usually have to go into the outing details and manually change the date and time of the outing It shouldnt be that hard to have the app use the current date and time           Date Problem

Love this appwhen it works So many times the app closes out in the middle of walkshikes loses all data How incredibly frustrating This happens even when I double check to make sure it is locked properly Because of its unreliability this app is unusable Wish I could get my back     Unreliable

Up until you guys sent an update my app was working fine I DL the update and not only did the app not save my old info it no longer saves my walks and I have to enter them all manually Pretty pathetic for a paid app     What happened

The new versions readability is improved Unfortunately it crashed everytime I went to save my walk Luckily the old version was still in iTunes I lost my old walks but at least I can save again And the calendar still seems to lose track of a new day Seems to think it is still yesterday Have to force quite and then the calendar is fine Yeah and dont expect your GPS to make a route like in the screen shots And Ive never gotten the same mileage for the same route twice All that in mind it does help to log your very generalized info to get some sense of progress Ive lost 8 pounds in two months walking a little less than 2 miles a dayish Lack of accuracy aside it does help keep me motivated Joe Edit to add Oh and the digital clock numbers really have to go Not sure what is accomplished with that typeface Just use an italics form of the same typeface everywhere else JF        Had to revert to old version

I like this up for its features and easy to use layout It is not as accurate as I would expect With a little work Im sure they will figure it out           Like it but

Like others have stated this app seems to have become more unreliable recently Used to use it without many glitches Now the distances are very inconsistent All the data Ive saved this week has gone on to the March calendar even though it is May When I go back to check the data the date is correct Frustrating since it used to work well        Unreliable

The best App Ive ever used                 Outstanding

Version 13 had bugs but was usable Version 22 doesnt remember my weight and the units settings KmKg versus MiLbs has version spelled as vesion doesnt appear to save any walk data since the 22 upgrade is possibly only using the default weight of 177 pounds in the calorie calculation and doesnt show distance markers correctly on the map view These are simple things to fix     Wast of money

Usually does what I ask of it keep track of distance and time Ive walked It has dropped its tracking andor reset itself about five out of 30 times We arent launching The Shuttle or anything so its acceptable to me           Good not great

When I first purchased this app it seemed to work OK However it stopped saving my data It would be there I would save it but when I would go back to see the information it would be gone I reported this and after a couple of weeks it seemed to have been fixed However it has started a new problem I start the app at the beginning of my walk or run It appears to be working I lock the phone or waits until it auto locks and when I get back from my run the app is not running and nothing has been recorded I have reported the problem but to no avail At this point I find this app totally useless I am going to try another app     Problems problems more problems

If you are a new user downloading this app it probably earns three or four stars If you are a veteran user of the previous version you should be aware this update will destroy your exercise history If you feel you must install the upgrade be sure to use the backup and restore function in more at the bottom right of the main screen Hopefully when the new version wipes your data you can restore it with this feature I continue to rate this a onestar app simply because the developers failed to warn us the new version is wholly incompatible with data saved in the older version I lost six months of run and walk data a frustrating experience to say the least     Update of previous review

I really liked the free version of this app and then I made the mistake of buying the update I have yet to be able to track any walk at all No GPS function at all My advice find a different app     Not what I hoped for

Do not buy this app Update caused all my stored data to be erased Update does not allow saving of data Just a fancy stopwatch at thus point iPhone already comes with one Dont waste your time and on this app JUNK     JUNK

Im having a great deal of difficultly with the current version The previous version worked great but the current version quits operating for no reason no data retained Its very frustrating Tried the help feature but without success When the app worked it was an awesome Hopefully it will be fixed soon        Problems

The original version of this app was great design was functional but not real pretty but it worked Since we went to the pretty interface I cant read the information and worse since then it has not once got the distance right Walking the same routes it used to track perfectly now it fails miserably Says my 3 mile hike is 5 miles in clear view of satellites Im looking for an alternative because this is now no more use to me than a timer           Was a great app when I first purchased

This is my favorite app We have three dogs and this app lets us track our walks perfectly Watching the stats pushes me to walk morethe dogs love it                 Best app for our family

I use this app everyday with no problems but I only use the timerdistance It measures miles accurately I cant rate other components yet              Great for my walks

I downloaded update about a week ago App crashes when you try to save your work EVERYTHING lost I went to use the new updated version and the app crashes EVERYTIME Contacted tech support and after a wk they finally responded by saying its my problem and that they have never encountered a crash issue before and that I am the only one having this issue I guess when they go to read their reviews of the new update their system must be crashing because they are failing to see the countless others experiencing my same issue Tried to use the app again today went to save and the app CRASHED AGAIN CRAP Dont waste your time money or email with these peoplethey are just like this app they dont give a crap     Crashing

Feeling good an ready for a walk grab your iPhone with this app and your off only to return to find that when you launch and started the program it never started So there you are no data no nothing your screwed What a joke     Buy if you want to be frustrated

The new update appears to be working while I walk but when I press save at the end of the walk the data will not save I also tried to manually add a work out estimating the time and distance when i press save it clicks me out of the app completely and nothing is saved So it may be saying it has all these new fangled features but all features are USELESS at this point I am so disapointed as i am in training and i rely on this data It was one of my top favorite apps before the update now it is useless until it is fixed or can i get the old version back until this one works correctly 1 star for now fix it and i will give you 5 stars     new update no longer saves data Useless

Like most of these reviews I am not satisfied with this app Half the time it does not properly record the distance or calories burned or ft climbed or ave speed and it absolutely WILL NOT talk to Facebook Oh and app developers will respond to emails and polite questions about as good as this app works with Facebook Which is NEVER Sad because this app has the potential to be really good     Unreliable

This app would be great if it didnt crash halfway through my hikes about 50 of the time Very disappointing when Im trying to map a route or my mileage Not sure about the accuracy of the elevation gain Ive gained some elevation on several hikes and it showed only 400 yet Ive done short hikes with less elevation gain and it showed 1200           Great except for crashes

I lost all my data 2 releases ago Ill stay where I am until I am convinced it works PERFECTLY     Afraid to upgrade

Im having issues launching the app any suggestions              Opening the app

Id been using this app since March with no issues I did the upgrade at the end of July and it does not store new data will not let me access old data and just shuts down when going to different screens Ive rebooted deleted the app and reinstalled and Ive even tried to restore data I had saved previously but it keeps crashing It was great when it worked I emailed customer support a couple of days ago and have not even received an acknowledgement telling me they received my message and will be getting back in touch regarding my concerns I would have loved to rate this as a 5 star had it continued functioning as it had before the 22 version     Update is not good

For some reason it doesnt always post the routes I ran Even if it does the link to Google Map doesnt work           Doesnt work with Facebook

I tried and tried to like and use this app but I had so many different problems that I finally deleted it It would post things on my facebook with a link to a map but none of the maps worked All my friends simply got errors when clicking the link The entry it posts on Facebook has no spaces between words and looks really amateurish In addition the app constantly forgets the link to Facebook so I kept having to log in time and time again Now with this newest version I had my first walk route crash the app losing all record of the walk Then my second walk it saved it but would not share it on Facebook telling me that I needed to link to Facebook even though I already had and the Facebook link kept saying I had already allowed Walk Watch Dont bother with this app its junk     Horrible app

This app used to work fine However version 23 now crashes each and every time I use it And when it crashes it obviously stops tracking recording your data so the app is now basically worthless for my purposes Whats more Ive emailed the developer about this glitch three times and have not received a substantive response I received only a canned response that reads Thanks for this feedback Well try to incorporate them to future releases if possible Bottom line I would not buy this app until the developers release a new version that corrects this error Find something else        Version 23 Crashes Doesnt Work

Used to work somewhat well but since their last couple updates crashes all the time all data lost HORRIBLE app RUN dont walk away from this Gave it one star because it doesnt have any options less It is GARBAGE     The ABSOLUTE Worst

A review of update It seems can not save data after update this app I was so gloomy But the customer service tell me it would appear that an uninstall and reboot then reinstall worked Good app                 Turn better

Walk Watch has nice features but it stops monitoring and loses the route The developers have to resolve this fault        Quite unreliable but nice features

Helps me keep on track Lost 6 and back to my prepregnancy weight My dog is much happier and shes down a few pounds too              Love it

I do not like this app I paid for it and its dont post with facebook I tried to email the company and could not and the GPS keep going out on me and I would loss my walk I found another app that so far Im liking that will post and not telling me I have not sing on to FB This not a friendly app Im not impressed with the app it looks good and that is the only thing going for it I Do not suggest you get this app     WalkWatch

Have been walking for years have been using this app for a week It adds a nice dimension to my daily exercise works effectively I love it                 a useful app
