Started off great Could watch games live replays etc And now of course when a game that I really care about is coming on NO ACTION The app doesnt even open up You cant even watch replays No games no connection nothing VERY FRUSTRATING Seems to be a WASTE OF MONEY If you drop down the top screen theres a note that states that the the website is experiencing high demand try again later If theres no connection during pool play whats the connection going to be like during next stages NOT RELIABLE
As others have mentioned this seems very quickly cobbled together It freezes often even on fast wifi and very fast broadband The UI cases dont make sense taking you back and forth over paths youve already been to Logging out is hidden behind the account button which is buried in the other menu items list There are no options to rewind etc Theres no AirPlay toggle you have to use the toggle in the Control Center but thats locked out or unresponsive in full screen mode Theres no iPhone version You can view it without the app through Safari on under OSX or IOS But under OS X you have to allow all cookies or you get a cryptic error message Ive had my best result on an iPhone with 427 GB available using Safari Huge Disappointment
I cant pause it or go back to the beginning So Ill have to watch to the end and then watch the first 20 minutes I missed For 28 a match I would have hoped for better Cant pause or go back

I just paid 200 for thisworked fine yesterday and now I yet wont connect to any device I keep getting there was an error connecting to our services Please check the network and try again I have full access to Internet and all my other streaming services work This is outrageous after I have spent 200 and am now missing games Please fix asap DO NOT BUY
This app looks like it was coded in a week Maybe less The scrolling isnt natural The design about as stock as can be imagined There isnt even information about the teams or highlights or photos from the matches available here Ive seen 2 apps that were higher quality than this The Cricket and Soccer World Cups had far better apps available in the US You dont get the sense that the IRB or NBCUniversal are serious about rugby in America when you look at this app Not the type of app that makes you want to spend 200
Feeling ripped off Not worth it
Many of the reviews for the weekend of 920 probably ran into the Amazon outage Now why would they be dependent on a single AWS zone instead of having multiple regions It was nice to get a refund but the outage shouldnt have happened in the first place My real complaint though is that this app is very obviously just cobbled together No features such as background media playing allowing for the stream to continue to be air played even when the screen locks no native AirPlay support in the app although it doesnt block the system doing it and obviously no ios9 features like picture in picture or multitasking Im now using AirPlay from my Mac instead of my iPad Not a huge inconvenience but very disappointing Embarrassing
