Every time WD releases a new Cloud Hard Drive they stop supporting or updating any apps or previous hardware Check it out online with any review site Im tired of spending extra money for their cloud capability then having their app stop working leaving me with a hard drive that no longer has that capability Im done with WD I suggest you find another company that cares about past as well as future customers WD Doesnt Care Vote With Your Wallet
Right way to change to the new WD2go is to make that a change not change everyone who has Mionet and then require them to change back manually Big Fail WD The App itself once you waste time setting it back up to what You already had is awesome Well they did that wrong

This app like other review was great In the past month unable to view pictures from My Book World Edition II using IPhone 5 Resetted network drive to factory setting and updated new firmware and still to no avail Horrible Appwas good at one point
App was great when it worked but recently it has quit All preview thumbnails are fine in the app but you cant see any of the full pictures They can be accessed via PC finevia mionet screensaver explorer etc just not in the app Support and WD forums have been no help Tried all the suggested solutions to no avail That is probably the most frustrating thing the lack of acknowledgement from WD regarding this new issue Was great when it worked
It always had issues but lately after switching to IPhone 5 it got worse and became useless It cannot show more than 3 photos before it gives you a Network error From bad to worse

What happened I saw that they had an update and it updated to W2Go Then I couldnt access my world book I went back and downloaded the classic app and now its asking for an access code So I give it a negative 3 stars What Happened

Ive been using this App for a while 8 and even used to brag about how all my photos from just about anywhere Now I can only view the thumbnail images and not the larger images What happened WD This once was a quality with a few hiccups App now its just totally useless Hope this gets fixed real soon WD what happened
