I purchased this initially and then my IT department told me not to install it Apparently everything you do on the web is sent through this company in real time Thats how they blocked the ads But it means that everything you do is not secure and is being monitored Security alert all of your data is sent to them

This is an amazing app but some apps update there software and this app needs an update to block their adds Great But

Im quite pleased with this app The ONLY thing and this is mentioned in the app itself is that it doesnt block YouTube ads yet It actually blocks EVERYthing videos and ads alike Theyve mentioned theyre working on a fix and I look forward to that Some reviewers have commented on it affecting Instagram I personally havent had any issues with IG Other than the YouTube thing Ive been happy Worth the 2 bucks I also noticed this works with Pandora which is a godsend considering how many commercials they run Although Ive noticed that if you skip a song it WILL run a commercial Also it would be amazing if this worked while not connected to wifi Other than that this app does the job So far so good

Too many times I have to reset the wifi in order to connect likely an issue with their proxy server as all content is filtered through http proxy I contacted the developer and they didnt have a solution Wouldnt recommend as a paid app only free Great when it works

Just as other folks had mentioned I have been using Adblock addons for so long that I had forgotten how unusable the web is without this filter This app saved my iPad Also like other reviewers have stated it adds a bit to your page loading timebut not as much as loading annoying autostart videos would Very well done kudos to devs who clearly care Excellent Adblock app a must have for iOS
Works on WIFI only by setting up a remote ad blocking proxy as your http proxy Makes all of your traffic go through a third party But it works Doesnt work if you are not on wifi Proxy

I installed this on my 3rd generation iPad with the hopes of having ad block weblock be activated on my aging safari browser increasing the load up time while blocking ads From the moment I started using the application it did not work in Safari or any other application it claims it work within Set up was easy but there is no value in using this app Once uninstalled Safari loaded up faster and better These claims seem false In experience anyway Doesnt work folks move on

Ios9 is out and while theres plenty of issues in and that of itself this app still hasnt updated for ios8 plus it bypasses your wifi with a proxy server in other words if its a car and the ads are a deer itll go around the deer but the deer moves too sometimes So not 100 reliable not manual and you will get ads sometimes since it doesnt take out the hunting rifle and shoot the deer Alternatively theres now PLENTY of trackerad blocking with ios9 so there you go Sad to say but do NOT GET

Now that iOS 9 supports ad block extensions this app is slightly less useful but ad blocking in iOS 9 is only for 64bit devices This app is the only way to do ad block on those devices The other bonus with this app is that it blocks ads for EVERY app on your device not just Safari So no more inapp ads For ad blocking on older devices
