I recently updated my iOS and since then the app says Server Error every time I try to use it Ive called Customer Support who suggested to delete app and reinstall This has not solved the problem This is a serious issue that needs to be fixed now     Needs fixed now

Many hidden fees They should clearly disclose the 99 set up fee and 10 monthly fee and a pretty big charge for a mandatory card reader They say after you call the sales dept that youll pay way higher fees if you dont have the card reader Even if you have a signature     I want my money back

Wheres the option for mark up or OHP And how do you change the quantities of each item from a higher to a lower quantity without deleting the whole invoice        OHP

This is the absolute worst credit card merchant service and app Ive ever used It is so temperamental even with the order you use in opening the app plugging in reader and adding amounts I cannot wait to go back to square     Wish I could give no stars

After following the procedure to reset the password tap reset security question right answer type new password retype new password it keeps asking again and again Authentication Required Please Enter Your Password To Continue I assume its the new password but I keep retyping again and again and it keeps asking I hope the procedure for a forgotten password does not mean you have to type the old password no app developer can be that stupid     Password Reset

Problems with this app 1 No discount option 2 No option to customize receipts for example adding link to website or yelp 3 Adding products one by one is so sooo annoying and time consuming especially when trying to do a transaction in a hurry or while in high peak business times Please fix     Not Business Savvy

The iPhone 5 came out a good year ago but there is no updated card reader for it Using the original WF Merchant card reader on the iPhone 5 its BACKWARDS UPSIDE DOWN and partially COVERS THE HOME BUTTON This will look SO professional when swiping customers cards Youve had a year to redesign please get on it     Card reader not for iPhone 5

Until the last update I loved it but now everything is messed up really upset with this needs to be fixed ASAP my clients are getting angry its been over a month and a half     Used to be amazing

I just wrote a long involved review and it didnt post Now Ill just make it short and sweet Only 2 things save me from going back to Square register The rates for WF Mobile Merchant are lower and the guaranteed next day deposit to my banking account The list of bad points is a long one and all very important This device makes me look unprofessional unknowledgable and unorganized more often than not AND it is responsible for me missing out on income a lot of times because the tips bar is so small that people miss it Tips might not be important to whoever designed this app but they are a major part of my income There should be a separate screen for tips that appears BEFORE the signature screen Also why cant I program discounts into this app Hasnt anyone in your design dept been to a store with a sale Sales bring customers inbut fumbling around like an idiot because I have to figure out my discounts on a separate calculator and then enter everything in manually on WF merchant scares them off Or at least makes me look like an amateur Last I have to close out of the app and restart it often because for some reason it has a mind of its won It will either give me an error message after jumping through all the hoops of running someones card so I have to do it all over again OR it just wont even recognize that I am swiping a card at all Yes my device is plugged in all the way I check that first then have to close and restart so it will work properly Come on Wells Fargoget your stuff together These changes need to be made pronto if you want this to be the logical choice for business owners I am very disappointed and frequently frustrated by how little sense your app makes Once I have a separate tip screen can have builtin discount buttons and swipe with more confidence and fewer crashes Ill come back and give a better review     Needs work a LOT of work

When trying to enter card information while card is not present there is no next button once you have entered all information     Needs bug fixes

Needs to be updates always closes itself        App

If you strictly sell items or services this is a great app to go with your account but if you offer services and accept tips a lot needs to be done to make it a smoother transaction On an iPhone when the customer is prompted to tip the way the number pad pops up blocks the customer from confirming the tip ergo no tips And you cannot change the tip percentage even if you turn on suggested tipping It makes you seem unorganized and unprofessional Needs to be worked on as soon as possible        Needs work ASAP

I thought that by having this merchant account I was going to have a good service and better rates unfortunatelly these didnt happend From the first day I start taking payments I had problems the device didnt take the credit cards I tried several times Im glad I had square as a backup otherwise I would have lost the sales Worst application ever Is not user friendly Please just dont waste your time and money     Small business owner
