The app works well and is easy to use The snap deposit gets a little quirky it says it can t read the numbers on the bottom of the check though they are clear and visible but it accepts the deposit anyway so as long as that works I don t really find much fault in the app Solid app snap deposit quirky Racon2R

Like other I tried to use the snap Deposit without success image looks fine to me and it was a preprinted check so not sure why the problem was Love being able to bill pay and check balances transfer money on the fly I would LOVE the app if a few improvements were made 1 Snap deposits worked better 2 A rule could be set to round up to a savings account this would be great since there are investment apps that do that but I don t want to invest just save 3 Being able to transfer from linked accounts Right now I have to login in the computer or though safari to do that I can t even access linked accounts from the app Otherwise love it I am able to do all my banking even though I am 150 miles away from the nearest branch Good but could be better Userelisa

I use this app on a regular because there s no branch in my location The e deposit is the way I get access to my money and it s not working The app keeps freezing this is an issue right now I hope they fix it really soon Glitch Ebz â¨â¨

I cancelled my account due Potential lost deposits I used their scan deposit feature Their system stated that the transaction was accepted Upon checking to ensure that check was deposited the check did not reflect that their system accepted I have trusted their system for years This was the only time I decided to double check Their customer service response was an attempt to deflect ownership of the issue Bank somewhere else You cannot trust their system Bank system integrity issue Fair Customer

Unlike the actual website this app misleads you on what your actual balance is when there are pending debits From now on I ll stick to the actual website Misleading Kit1111111

We lived in San Diego for three years and would have switched credit unions if not for the snap deposit feature The 5star review is to balance the complaints Snap Deposit Saved Me

Its takes too long to load the purchases and deductions I never know exactly what I have in the account just by looking at the account balances on the app I have to keep tracking it in my head to know the exact I used to have BofAs app which was synced so much better Unfortunately the bank sucked If this is fixed I would give more starts So so

On Snap Deposit the ok button after entering the amount of the deposit is too tiny and too close to the x button its nearly impossible to use Second please allow for depositpayment to share 04 which is wescom visa payments It would make life so much easier and Id give it five stars Thanks A few fixes please

Ive had no problems with this app however I do have one request can you make the font color different for deposits and withdrawals Maybe withdrawalsdebits red and deposits black People are visual and having different colors would be appreciated Thanks Request

I find it a little more complicated than the previous set up Im getting use to it but I dont like how it doesnt give me the option to go to the desktop version of wescom I sometimes need to see more detailed version of my payments but it isnt very clear to me Liked it better before this update

Horrible Took the pic of front of the ck but wont move to the back SnapDeposit is no snap at all I am a member of a competitor credit union and using same Smartphone have no issues with their app with taking images accepting I also get instant verification and balance update not a delay and waiting for emails Uploading multiple checks into same deposit I dont even want to try Fix SnapDeposit

What happened to the snap deposit part of the app Its gone from bad to worse It used to not align and error out but now it doesnt focus at all The image is inverted and when you move to he phone to the right the image moves left and vice versa You cant align properly at all Please fix this You r original version was the best one you developed Please remove this feature or correct it Problems with snap deposit

This app allows you to perform tasks that you would expect a bank app to be able to perform but ultimately is not very user friendly Honestly the UI could use an update its looking quite aged and is not aesthetically pleasing Wescom would serve themselves and their customers well to take a look at the way Simple Banks app works and make it more like that Just decent Could be better

When app loads the error says INVALID DATA FROM SERVER and will not go any further May be this app is not compatible with the iPad 3 Also the update cycle for this app is very slow App wont load

The All Versions reviews have a high average rating so dont be put off by the small handful of complaints here I use this app for transfers and checking my balance Ive never had a problem Fast smooth and effective Works perfectly No problems

Love Wescom Been a member for 10yrs but this current version of the app is too buggy Crashes whiling logging in or loading history Please fix it guys so I can go back to bragging how great a bank Wescom is Best Bank Buggy App

HORRIBLE Horrible app

its frustrating to be in the middle of using the service when he keeps logging off after about a minute or two I had to login about five times out of 15 minutes thats ridiculous you could at least ask if Im still using the service or not An improvement is needed I have other apps from other online financial institutions and they dont logoff like this LOGS OFF WAY TOO EARLY

Been using it since they launched the feature on he mobile app Never had an issue all my checks go through promptly Great app Makes my life so easy Snap Deposit is fine

Same comment as the other person The SnapDeposit option only lets me take a picture of the front of the check not the back Thus it doesnt let me upload my deposit without the back image Fix SnapDeposit

Snap deposit used to work great now the image is never clear and most images are rejected Please fix this I dont have direct deposits so this is how I put my pay checks in I would hate to have to go bank every week Snap deposit is horrible

Before the upgrade this app was amazing The newest update has left me not being able to deposit checks utilizing snap deposit When taking the photo of the check the apps image capture is not true to what the actual photo being taken is I can take the a photo in the same position and get 5 different results zoomed in cut in half slanted too far away Frustrating Before I was waiting the bugfix out and went into the bank but I recently moved to colorado and hoped to keep my account with wescom With this glitch I am unable to deposit any checks Snap Deposit not usable

Im not sure what phone these people are using that say snap deposit works fine but its not an iphone5 I am a loyal Wescom member platinum signature status and over 14yrs banking with Wescom customer since I was 16 but snap deposit works 1 out of 10 times I have used the Chase bank deposit app with never a problem but Wescom snap deposits drives me crazy I have seen every error possible Once my deposit goes through my money is instantly available but the problem is getting the app to work I have emailed customer service about the issues with snap deposit twice in the last 6 months and nothing has happened yet Wescom you have great customer service but very lazy developers 1 star until you fix SNAP DEPOSIT SNAP DEPOSIT NIGHTMARE

There appears to an issue with snap deposit camera It too several attempts to get the app to accept a photo of my check I would position correctly but after taking photo the exposure would expand and I would get an error message to keep check within guidelines This happened on both sides of the check Fix please Bug fix needed

Doesnt let me input my password so I can never log in Crashes

Recent updates have not addressed the issue with the May 12 update It is still impossible to determine what pending amounts have been subtracted from the account and therefore what the actual available funds are It seems that this is an issue due to the blending of EFTs and other debits Issues
