My dad loves the interactive radar There s iPad AND split view support Push notifications Obviously the design could be nicer but this app is very very good Keep it up The only thing more I could ask for is an official Apple News channel which is free I do read most of my news in Apple News so I sometimes miss out on WGRZ stories since you haven t added it there Downright good for a local news app Alijah Simon

I find the app very helpful when I want to keep up with news or weather while I m not at home The breaking news alerts help me keep up with current happenings The only part I don t care for is live videos while every time I watch one I have to sit through an advertisement makes no sense If I want to watch an ad I ll wait for the news at home to sit through commercials Great news app Pcove wannabe

This site is not set up very well It s not easy to navigate Going from page to page just to read a story and back through pages just to get to another story The weather page should have the upcoming days weather info together and not have to scroll down in two parts Also this site is slow Needs to be redesigned to get the news weather and sports quicker without a lot of navigating Not easy Ramblinman312

The app appears to be fine for top stories however I am unable to locate the search function to search for specific story Until the search function is more accessible I cant locate it I will be using other news apps for news Searches

I use the app for some news but primarily for the closing listings As soon as I try to get them the app crashes I tried going to app support first but it just took me to the Gannett website Crashes looking up closings

I used to love the old app for channel 2 I find this one very hard to use I have switch to the competition for news app Change it back please Very unhappy Unhappy
This app was difficult to download as I now have 2 icons for the site with one being blank Cant delete without deleting both Dont like the latest news format and especially weatherradar Setting is on current location but still location indicates downtown Buffalo I even put in my zip with no change This makes a tremendous difference when weather is a concern Old app better
This updated version of the WGRZ app is alright It does take some time to get used to the layout of the format compared to the old version but it doesnt take take long to get used to it quick learning curve in other words Not bad

The latest version of this iPad app is awful clunky with tons of bugs TEGNA appears to have screwed up across the board as the apps for other stations they own eg WUSA9 are now also using the same format Its a shame that the leading broadcast news outlet in Buffalo now has the worst app Awful

It worked really well before update I ended up update big mistake Every time I go on it says to update Cant do a darn thing with it Tried deleting reinstalling same results Does not work on iPad
I downloaded the new app and all I get is a blank grey box with current weather no news no options nothing At least the old app actually worked Doesnt work

Its a good appwhen it works Recent updates have ruined this app It doesnt load content Unable to load content breaking news bar doesnt work right and God forbid you try to read more than one story or video it crashes Love watchin ya Channel 2 but get your app together AlwaysALWAYS Crashes
The main reason I wanted to use this app was for easy access to their closing central list and all it does is crash every time It worked once when I first downloaded the app but for weeks now it just crashes This needs to be fixed ASAP Cant believe the problem has been happening this long already without a fix Useless
