I agree omelets dont make music Very misleading Skip those categories of pictures and stick to the animals vehicles and musical instruments that have the authentic sounds for the pictures It would be better to have an activity that plays the sound and the student has to choosed which object made it This is okay for vocabulary but you could use it more for an auditory discrimination activity if it could do that The description made it sound like that what this app does but it doesnt Have to pick and choose
This app is helpful for young children who need to boost their vocabulary I would really suggest that they add some featuresoptions be able to add individual students names keep track of percentage correct and list the items the student got correct and incorrect I use this app during Speech Language Therapy and keeping data is necessary Otherwise this is a good app for what it is meant for Please please add these options Good
Yes the software is free Then you can expand but you only get 20 pictures GIven that 2 of them are in the free demo that is only 18 pictures WHY BE SO CHEAP Quadruple the number of flashcards and this would be OK They should TELL YOU that you only get 18 new pictures WASTE OF MONEY PRINT YOUR OWN FLASHCARDS PICK USEFUL PICTURES THERE IS NO REASON FOR THE DESIGNER TO BE SO STINGY IT WOULD COST THEM VIRTUALLY NOTHING TO PROVIDE A REASONABLY SIZED EXPANSION I FEEL HORRIBLY CHEATED 199 for 20 pictures
I really liked the app and bought several of the volumes My daughter was really enjoying itthen came the iOS update to 51 My volumes disappears but they would gladly sell me some of what I already purchased NOT HAPPY Rip off
This app description makes it seem like it is an app for sound flash cards They use objects that dont make sound for their vocabulary words like a lamp or ladybug Not good
Very well designed app Kid could learn quick But the in app purchase could be cheaper Awesome
Really liked this app but the voice they had for reading out the items was too much after about 45 flashcards Maybe they could just have some variety for the what is it sentence Good software but
I purchased 5 or 6 of the vocabulary card decks in this appinitially it loaded and I found it very useful in working on categorical vocabulary both receptively and expressively with my language delayed students The photographs are colorful and great quality Some of the vocabulary appears to be European terminology however it didnt detract from the usefulness of the app HOWEVER for the last several months the app wont load despite repeated attempts to use it Ive contacted app support and was told to delete and reload This didnt work Its too badI enjoyed using the app and found it beneficial to my students Fabulous app for Speech txwhen it works
