The app store sends you to an old piece of software when you search for Where To But this is not the droid you are looking for If you download this software they want you to pay again for an upgrade to what you thought you were buying to begin with Its a trap

Not that impressed 9 out of ten times when you are looking for something such as a swimming pool you will get mostly retail locations with the word pool in them Im deleting this due to that and the location services issue mentioned in other comments Not really worth it

Since downloading earlier this afternoon Ive been watching my satellite router using data while the phone is not in use My location services are turned off and its using my home router to try to determine where I am while the app is not in use This is not a good situation App drains battery uses data

This has always been a good app that I use infrequently Since iOS added the ability to see battery usage by app Ive seen that the background location refresh costs me 2 or more on days when I dont use the app at all Theyve chosen to not include a While Using option for their location preferences its allow the app to drain the battery when you arent using it or allow no access to location which makes this app kind of useless Ive turned off location services for the app and thats probably the last time Ill use it Battery drain

This app is really bad not because of the functionality but because of its internal problems with the iPhone The app works great but the location services is always on There is no way to turn off the location icon after using the app even after rebooting the device To fix the problem I simply deleted the app and it went awaysave some time and brain cells and find a better app that is used friendly Location services glitch
This is one of my favorite apps and one of the first ones I purchased when first getting an iPhone 4 years ago I am totally blind and it works flawlessly with VoiceOver Being able to find any kind of place read the adress phone number and even directions is more enabling than I can express Keep up the great work and always make accessibility a number 1 priority along with functionality FABULOUS

This is my app of choice if I need to find any local store restaurant or business Its well designed and just works I recently experienced that the app used location services in the background I contacted the support and they promptly helped me By opting out of the Placed service in Settings About Legal and disabling background fetch in the system Settings I could stop this behavior Not sure if it actually drained my battery but at least it feels good to stop the background location service Great app battery saving tip
