Check deposit used to work fine on iPhone 5 and iOS 7 But now on the iPhone 6 and iOS 8 there are a lot of problems with check deposit The window to take pictures does not scale properly and the confirmation does not display right Cmon Whitney get it together Not ready for iPhone 6 and iOS 8

I had a few problems before but I could work my way around it But since the last update it got worse and doesnt work It needs a better update for someone who already has an account to log in Needs update
This app is terrible My online credentials for banking should be good enough but this requires me to create an entire mobile account through the main website Chase is 100 better It does not offer nearly the features that one would expect from a bank that has an app for use with smart phones Terrible
Been waiting for Whitney to catch up with other banks and offer mobile deposits When I found out they were offering it I downloaded it the first day To my dismay I have yet to successfully deposit a check Each time it gives a vague answer on why and wont accept the check The same checks work fine on Paypal Thinking hard about Chase Bank A Waste of Time to Download

Determining whether deposited checks have actually been deposited is confusing when multiple checks have been submitted The app is also a little clunky slow etc not user friendly The app has improved from its first edition but more slight improvements would be significantly beneficial App has potential
It worked when I first installed it a year ago But now trying to deposit a check I only get The amount you entered did not match the amount detected This isnt true Furthermore even if you did want to change the amount it discards the pictures front and back you already took of the check And you have to reselect the correct account etc The app is essentially unusable Im deleting it off my phone Used to work no longer
I was frustrated because I couldnt activate the app Welp heres a tip if you have a Whitney Business account dont use this app It wont work You have to use the Business app Problem solved Got a business account Wrong app

Ive had to take over my parents banking due to declining health I live in CA and am counting on this app to make deposits Loaded it on my phone and tried 20 times to make a deposit Gives a very vague error message could be the picture could be a duplicate deposit could be several other things Called the help line they have no idea but will report the problem Oh and the same thing had been reports on a Galaxy phone today Im using an iPhone No idea what is wrong or when it will be fixed Theyll call me when a fix is made By then this account will have moved to Bank if America or Chase Awful

The electronic check deposit is nice but the rest seems to be very lacking Worst is bill pay I have the opportunity to pay bills but I cant see whats due I know my electric bill is due but theres no sign of it in the app I have the ability of paying it IF I happen to know the amount due This app has me totally blind to such things Hancock has done the worst job of making Whitney customers feel at all valued Seriously lacking
Very unusable and impractical application One star is far too much and if I could give a lower rating I would Wow how inconvenient
Mobile deposit function NEVER works Never It gives me error messages about photo images or overages How can I be over a deposit limit when I cant make a deposit Plus my Bank of America app always accepts my photos for mobile deposit photos As others have mentioned dont release something until it works Garbage

I had the website saved to my phone which was difficult to navigate but the app works much better and I like it so far Transferring money bill payments and checking my balance is so much easier So much easier
First time on couldnt get setup Had to call bank and have them do it A glitch Now for two days the app isnt available due to maintenance Heres an idea Get the bugs out BEFORE you release the app Once its properly functioning I will update this review Seriously
This app is complete trash Whats the point of having a deposit check app if it doesnt work The only reason why this app is barely worth at the most 1 lowly star is because I can simply open it up and see how much I have in my account Other than that complete trash fix it Deposit check
