The app was just updated for the iPhone X and now things seem to be working well Hyperlinks has been broken for a while but now seem to be working again This has become my go to app on shift replacing several other expensive options like pepid and UpToDate The app is fast concise has great information and is free Hard to beat Good update medic350

Crashing again When you open certain topics anaphylaxis vertigo to name a few it sends you to the home screen and wont let you view the material So frustrating It would be great but this happens after some updates it crashes and is unusable until they fix it Great when it works

Im a first year EM resident and of all the apps Ive tried seems like 50 using during a shift Ive consistently found this one to be the most useful and the one I go to first Im only taking away one star because the search function can be a little slow and Im not a fan of the main layout one giant list that you scrollsearch through But the content is amazing which is what matters most this could easily be a 10 app Comprehensive onshift resource

I downloaded this app for free and for quite some time use the Notes section for free as well This weekend while working in the ER I had a patient come in with new onset acute glaucoma within in my notes were 5 medications strengthsdosesigetc that an ophthalmologist had given me and that I didnt want to forget This weekend while looking for my notes I found that it now costs 99 to access my notes I paid for the access and my notes were not there Shame on you WikEM Your greed put another human being at risk If this was something that I could chart and you held accountable for I would Put a patient of mine at risk

The application ran well under a different OS but doesnt even come up under iOS 802 so let me give the strong suggestion either fix it or remove it Right now its a waste of space I can now give it five stars since the rehacking of the code The app works fine under iOS 81 and expect it to continue to operate as it should Was useful but now is useless
