I have played different versions of word shaker They need to take the best features and make one really good one I play for myself Three letter words are a nuisance The version that is red has a minimum word option However the red version does not have a shake button Try shaking a 10 iPad The red version also shows the rank of your score to previous ones The blue version should too Also DOH get s to be very tiresome Attempts at Humor rarely work when repeated over and over By the way you don t build vocabulary if you don t know what the words mean             Jk Stein Charwald

I d love to be able to get hints for remaining unfound words pay for them as well I may not be the sharpest knife in the drawer but I m not the dullest either On any given puzzle with the largest number of letters I am always hundreds of words short of the total                     Love it but Skipper Dipper

Been playing for about a year I had the game with ads and finally bought this one cuz I get sick of ads and it s really not all that expensive I like all the options they have for time limits or untimed Actually I like pretty much everything about this game but isn t there always Some words don t show up as words some do that I can t believe are Not that many though If you like to play the untimed games cuz you just want it for relaxing then the more you play the harder it is which wouldn t be a problem if they would swap them up After awhile you ll be doing good to get 65 more recently 60 of the words where I was getting over 80 90 I m afraid if I keep playing pretty soon it won t be as much fun simply because the words are way to hard to make I mean maybe if they were words I ve heard even once in my life Overall for the price you can t beat it I ve written this long review for those of you who like me really like these kind of games to give you a heads up                 Love the game but a small one tbnfl

I used the free app for several years until the adds became unbearably intrusive and loud The minimal cost to do away with those awful ads is well worth the money since I use this app often Like other reviewers I notice words that are arcane and peculiar to the British Isles So what It still offers hours of fun and an opportunity to learn while enjoying myself I wish there were a way to eliminate 3 letter words there used to be from the total word count but that s a small quibble for a great game                     Best word search not-a-lady-of-leisure

I m enjoying the game though not as much as I would if it had a better dictionary The one it uses contains too many words not in anyone s vocabulary even the most erudite professor of historical linguistics At the same time it leaves out real words that while obscure are still in use So the game rewards memorizing lists of non words rather than developing a better vocabulary Other than that it s fine                 Good practice for Boggle suzy creamcheese

The only thing good about the game in my opinion so far is cheaters seem to be nonexistent Unlike the free word seeker games I and you can wish that management would update games played offline sooner however its obvious this will never happen Then its the crummy letters you get while playing single games so you can practice for head to head games with other online players About CHEATERS they re definitely playing because the scores are way to high Then the words allowed are mostly medical other scientific terms             Word Shakers Gamergirl54

The game is fun and I like the variety of board sizes However connecting the letters does not always occur very smoothly The other issue is that the vocabulary of words still needs improvement I have connected letters that I know are words common not necessarily sophisticated words that the program does not credit with a score Otherwise it s a fun game to play             Fun Still needs work rainbow-dj

Please see my previous review below for game play description My complaint right now is that the display of scoring is really terrible since the iOS 8 update The numbers are SO TINY They look like little ants on the screen just running up to the top When the game is finished the font is also SO TINY that it is nearly impossible to read I have written to the developers and hope they will update the game The last update was in 2013 Hopefully they won t abandon this nice little word game I really love word puzzle games and this one is really fine You can select the size of the grid as well as the length of time to work on it You can shuffle the board 3 times I really like the time selection feature because I like to play these games while doing or waiting to do other things Very good word puzzle game         Please Update for iOS 8 vizzpat

However the database needs improvement Why am I penalized for not knowing the Russian word for the weight equivalency of 36 lbs Why won t it take normally used words like for and etc Why does it take some familiar Spanish words and not others Like who doesn t know what a rio is I don t enjoy simply tracing my fingers over contiguous letters that are nonsense to me but often pop up as acceptable to the game s database That is not fun or challenging I still give it a 3 because it s fun until I hit that made up word threshold             Fun game Sonoran sister
