I have difficulty understanding why immense energies and are expended on the development of an app like this and zero effort is put out to communicate with the players The physics of the game are excellent However there are features that are unexplained There are several kind of points you can accumulate So You can buy upgraded equipment such as cues chalk and Balls So Do they do anything Is there a way to distinguish between computer opponents and real players and a way to choose There are features that effect play but aren t explained Being sent to the app for FAQ on iTunes is not helpful There are no FAQs there Is this lazy arrogant or stupid This is a good fun App It could be a 5 star great app with just a little customer support                 Nice but Could use some developer support interaction Riin Rio
