World Geography Flashcards

I really like this app it delivers shockingly quick results I am using it to improve my geographical knowledge There are two reasons I didnt give 5 stars 1 I think the maps are too static it would be helpful to see the different maps in larger smaller world contexts as well as learn to identify countries from more than one map picture 2 I think actual interactive quizzes versus only flash card style would be a good option to ensure spelling mastery              Efficient nofrills learning

This app is probably one of the best apps in the store when it comes to remembering items learned the rating of the cards between 15 seems to work like magic In saying that there are a few things that made me not give five stars the maps are not high in quality and only provide one angle the oceania deck is nearly useless as it does not zoom in on the islands and not all countries are included It is pretty awesome and I would recommend but for some 5 dollars it could use a few improvements              Almost Perfect

Solid app straightforward in its implication and does not over complicate the process good for keeping your brain moving                 Worth the time and investment

I love this app Some of the difficulties when studying is being able to pronounce the names correctly If that was added to the app it would make learning better I find myself not fully learning until I can say the name              Easy to use

This is a very cool way to learn countries but it only gives you two maps or else you have to pay to unlock the one you need        Only 2 maps

I used this for my world map tests in history class and got a 100 A every time Great app very useful SO worth buying the full version                 Map Tests

I absolutely LOVE this app I usually dont rate apps but this app is incredibly It really tests you and your skills and I love how youre able to say how well you know the subject already Its an amazing app I would recommend it to anyone who is willing to learn                 Spectacular

I am only 12 so who can blame me for getting bored with this app I think it really helps with learning but when looking for an app that helps you learn and keeps you interested this is not it I got this app to help me study for the geo bee but I can stick to doing this everyday I try to but I get bored I think if they upgraded it so everyday you get like a reward or something like badges for learning your countries a lot more of younger kids trying to do this would like this more I get this is for serious studying but its hard to study seriously when bored out of your mind           I get bored

This app is great for people who want to know more about the world around the                 Just for fun

I usually never write reviews for apps that I get but I can tell you write now that this app is amazing I am getting a bad D for my grade in world geography because of all the tests that I have bombed I think that this app will help me bring my grade up to a good A I am positive that if I keep using this app to study for every test I am pretty sure I will have a 100 A in world geography in no time I am so thankful that they made this app for people like me The only thing I would like them to fix is that you have to buy decks and they cost 599 and the app is amazing otherwise I hope you get the app if you read my review                 5 star amazing useful app

Im 13 years old and in 7th grade In my geography class currently were doing maps and i know the names but i dont know exactly where theyre located unless its america canada some of Asia southcentral america so i got this app It was perfectly fine until i found out i had to use money to unlock things Yes i understand they want money but its not fair when it comes to learning Deleting this app Learned a lot but im not going to spend money just to learn           Good app but

All summer Ive been dreading the fact that I had to learn the entire geography of Europe for the test that were having in AP Euro on the first day back to school and thanks to this app I just learned it in under an hour I cant believe it Literally the app makes it so easy to learn I kinda want to learn the geography of other continents just for fun Im obsessed with this app                 Unbelievable

I never thought Id learn all the countries of Africa All the other geography apps have multiple choice questions on countries but this app gives you one answer and you tell it how well you knew it Id never thought Id be able to right down the countries on a map I downloaded this app yesterday and I cant believe how much this helped me in the last two days Im about to start on Europe I would give this 10 stars if I could Right now I could be watching TV but I chose to this instead The only thing I would change is the decks cost 6 Thats expensive compared to other apps But other than that Best education app ever                 Awesome

Incredibly well designed app to optimize learning and retention Pretty much the perfect brain training flashcardbased study system Looks like tons of more great content on the marketplace too Hint when trying to memorize country names try to make youre own silly or weird mnemonics to remember them For example Honduras kinda reminds me of a motorcycle El Salvador is salivated out of Honduras Belize is like a bell facing east to the oceanbe crazy with it as long as they make some kind of sense to you theyll help you remember You may start remembering after only one try                 Seriously amazing brain trainer app

Only updates Id recommend is the choice to review cards categorized within a certain range such as orange or purple and how to correctly pronounce all the fabulous names of these different countries Otherwise amazing app and great customer service too              Adore this app

The concept is excellent but the execution leaves much to be desired How is it that the maps have fewer countries than the corresponding capital cards Also not every countrys capital is included such as French Guiana The Oceana map is totally worthless Each country is depicted by a box instead of actually zooming into the area In my opinion this app is NOT worth 6 Maybe if it was free or 12 I would give it a better rating But for this amount of money I would expect much better quality           Incomplete

This app has really worked for me to place Asian and African countries the two free ones It seems overwhelming at first but after going thru several times I find that it starts sinking in I did notice that Taiwan isnt included which made me wonder what else isnt there Sudan and South Sudan were clearly added later as those cards arent the same as the rest which makes them easy to get right but maybe not so easy to have right              Great app

This app is so great I decided I wanted to know where all the countries of the world are located and I learned Africa and Asia is just a few days The creators of the game nailed it on the best way to learn You rate yourself based on your confidence level so if you try to cheat youre only cheating yourself Ive been telling everyone that this is just the best If I could improve one thing I would like to hear the pronunciation of each country I know where all of they countries are but If I cant say the names correctly its no good Thanks                 Quick and Easy Way to Learn

Powerful learning tool                 Fantastic app

I started using this app the night before my honors contemporary world studies final I have to draw and label 200 items on the map that are not in the United States and 100 of these are required by the teacher I learned the African geography in about an hour and the Asian geography in forty five minutes Then this morning I woke up early and did the purchase for 6 to unlock the rest of the world learning the political geography of the Americas and a little bit of Oceania in an hour My complaints with this app are that the maps only include political geography and not rivers and land features and that Oceania doesnt include the provinces of Australia Its a little bit pricy for an app but its more of a tool and we would all spend a lot more than 6 on an update for a textbook or a computer              Wow

In two days I learned all Asian and the Americas and that was just studying for 40 minutes at bedtime This app makes it very easy to learn the names testing you two ways telling you the name and asking you to find it and asking you what a country is without the name Very helpful I have to learn every country so I paid the 600 and purchases the app                 Quick Easy Learning
