I dont even know where to start but this is the worst remittance company ive ever used the worst customer service ive ever experienced If i can just rate this 0 i would I would never recommend this to anyone Very disappointed Very poor customer service

YOUVE BEEN WARNED DO NOT USE SCAM My money did not go through therefore got an email that Ill receive it back 2 weeks later still no refund Tried to email their customer service and I get no response Its been more than 3 days and all I get from them is an automated service that they are experiencing heavy traffic TERRIBLE SERVICE OR NOTHING BUT A SCAM The audacity to even ask for an ID To verify my account First steal my money then steal my identity too SCAMMMMMM SCAMMMM DO NOT USE

I needed to transfer money ASAP but they ask you for a photo ID passport utility billsbank statement Which is normal since Im sending money to a foreign country but they asked me 3 times now I wrote them 2 emails to cancel the transaction since I was in a hurry to send money but no response back They take out money from your account before asking for what they need and what is required so if youre in a hurry to send money this app might not be the best Its been 5 days and they are still processing I cant even get my money back to use a different method of sending the money oversea Taking forever

Its really awesome Easy to use and money delivered in very short time Great work Satisfied
