We were sort of looking for a home in our price range but didn t want to engage a realtor quite yet so when I came across Xome I was thrilled Just to be able to keep an eye on what was available was my intention but one house just kept making me go back and look at the pictures Finally one afternoon I drove to the address that was listed and found myself calling the listing agent from the driveway of this darling house It was perfect for us The person who answered the phone told me the house had been sold I asked her to check again No it had been sold she repeated I was SO disappointed Later that day I just got a bee in my bonnet and remembered on the Xome app there was a Make An Offer button which I had scoffed at before actually but now decided what the heck I ll make an offer What have I got to lose I offered one thousand dollars over the listed price Xome has a 24 hour concierge service and it wasn t but 10 minutes later I got a call from a very polite young man He informed me the house WAS NOT SOLD and would it be ok if the agent I had chosen from their list could call me in the morning since it was late evening The next morning the agent called and the ball was rolling A long story short we were leaving the next day to Cozumel and I asked our agent if that was a problem He assured me it was not and that we could do everything electronically He ordered the inspections We made an offer it was accepted we got the house and we are ecstatic NONE of this would have happened without Xome Seriously Xome allowed me to think outside my own box and see everything available in the town we loved in the perimeters we set up on the app and we ended up with our perfect forever home Thank you Xome                     Because of Xome we are home Katheep

Not sure if this app is only catering to agents who have paid to be a part of it or if it is just missing data resources but this is not a comprehensive list of available homes on the market I am actively looking to buy a house so I downloaded this app after seeing it advertised on Facebook My first act was to try to look up two homes I have appointments to see this weekend so I could compare the quality of info with what I was receiving elsewhere Both homes don t even appear as listings on this app App deleted Useless to me if I can t see listed properties I don t want a selection of properties I want a full list On the positive it loads well and doesn t at quick glance appear to be buggy         Not a comprehensive listing Kay_Rock
