this would be a 5 star app if you would add option to view the ACTUAL bill             it s ok for basic account info jdventers

Not worth signing up if you live in the mid west None of the companies I use for utilities cell phones or I pay bills to in general are listed as an option If you live in Utah California Oregon Arizona sure maybe it would be slightly worth it but even then you might get your water and trash listed but that would be the extent     No good for MidWest Pwac me too

I pay as many bills as possible through Xpress Bill Pay and I love that they now have an app It is extremely user friendly and the settings are simple but thorough The notifications are awesome to let you know when a bill is coming up and then when it is paid Love the new app great job                     Love it sarlynn

This app is so easy to use and such an improvement over the website for my local water district Extremely pleased with how quick and efficient the process can be when using this app The interface is so good and so streamlined that I almost enjoy paying my bill                     So EASY Timaaaaaay

This app feels well built and clean Very simple and easy to use I hope to see 2 features added in the future the ability to view an image of the bill within the app and Touch ID or passcode unlock It is a little cumbersome to enter my password every time I open the app                 Good app Needs More features Beardedmandale
