They make a simple app as difficult to start as possible No password recovery for forgotten passwords unless you go in person to ask an associate for help no easy account setup unless going there in person recently I m sure once I can actually get IN the app it ll be quite nice but I ll let you know next month when I ve finally jumped through all the hoops     Difficult to even set up stoptakingallthenicknames

I have used Yale cleaners for 10 yrs primarily 91st Yale and wish more businesses ran this efficiently The few problems I have had with my clothes have been resolved by the manager in a professional manner Their coupon program is great The only thing I would add is allowing the coupons I get in the mail to be available on my Yale app Keep up the great job                     A 1 Service Hobby Guy
