Application barfed on processing nonIndia card and while struggling with it strangely got call from yatra to help and complete process through their payment website I couldnt edit passenger details once entered for instance cant change from Mr to Mrs or spelling Improve payment processing and passenger management

I was trying to book a flight ticket on the iPad app and got less discount than promised leading to me not going ahead with he booking Within minutes I got a call from their executives who informed me to do the same via the iPhone app To my pleasant surprise I got the complete discount as advertised I was impressed by the promptness of the call otherwise I would have booked somewhere else Kudos Yatra Good backend support

Its a good interface and very easy to use app But app crashes when processing payment tried 3 times So I had to process payment through their website You can use app to check schedule and pricing I am not sure how often it happens on their website but price went up RS 300 after clicking on book now They did notify it through popup I still got the ticket but just letting you guys know Good easy and Crash
When u book tickets using Jet Airways app your tickets come on to the apple passbook app Which helps in accessing the tickets easily in just a swipe App is not friendly to Apple Passbook
