So this app works fine no real bugs pretty simple to use Feels like an off brand Uber you enter your credit card info select a destination and request a car it shows you your vehicle on GPS as it approaches etc Not very visually pleasing but certainly easy to use especially if you have used Uber or Lyft they probably lifted the base code from one of those apps But there are two major problems with the service First the taxis in Charlotte and probably elsewhere cost literally 3 4 times what the same ride would cost on Uber I downloaded the YC mobile app because I saw a promo code for 20 off rides for July 4th weekend We took a YC ride about 7 miles to the downtown area and the ride cost 32 we took an Uber back same distance Less traffic and the ride cost 12 And the cab driver s car had trash in the back and smelled of body odor while the Uber was immaculate and the driver was super friendly That s not the apps but the service but worth keeping in mind Second and much more egregious THE APP AUTOCHARGES A 20 TIP You cannot turn this feature off You cannot select a different amount to tip If you get in that cab your credit card is going to be charged 20 tip for your convenience How is that a tip A tip is something the customer decides based on the level of service not a guaranteed fee What if the service is awful Well you can present a written complaint to the taxi company within 30 days to get a refund of your tip Yeah right Really that s a stupid feature Either give the user a chance to select the tip amount or make that happen as a separate charge the user can decline to pay eg if you want to give a cash tip And 20 That s extremely high even for a good cab ride Will be deleting the app what s the point when Uber is cheaper faster to get to me has more comfortable rides and easier to use and doesn t automatically charge me for my convenience         Off brand Uber with a big flaw auto charges 20 tip TeeksL

I am unable to register the app I am on the att network using a current iphone     I can t register app to iPhone on AT T phototraveler

Not a bad app Would be good if users could store their address in their profile and quickly select that as a pickup location Hard to know that it found the airport as a destination since it shows the street address instead of the name of the airport that users would recognize             Ok as a starter app NINSIGHTS

Terrible rates and incompetent drivers Promo codes do not always work even if app says they will and you will end up being charged via app and by driver we were threatened that the police would be called twice the price and uber and half the ability Hopefully this one implodes on itself     Horrible Use uber Liz sto
