Basically if a driver doesnt wanna pick up your request then your booking is ignored and registered as completed That basically makes this app useless and aggravating Still have to call

The app has an option to take your phyiscal location and send that to the cab company Dont use it because the address may be incomplete If Yellow Cab does not understand the address they will just ignore you although the app does provide a confirmation box that the booking was made though The app writers need to propagate errors back to the user With more feedback well know when to call Incomplete App

After I book a taxi it immediately shows that the request and completed Doesnt work

I like that you can order a cab from the iPhone and the GPS lets you know how far the cab is from the pickup location The only way to improve on it is to have a radio button for cash or credit My driver didnt like the credit card because he gets hit with the fee but he took it Good app

The app is quick and seamless to use to hail a cab and the only annoying thing it doesnt transmit the final destination to the driver Works great

Booked thru the app but the taxi never showed I called and they didnt know why the driver completed the booking and sent out new taxi Taxi didnt come until I called

I have used this app a few times and it has been simple and easy each time Works Great
