I downloaded the app this morning unaware that my office would become a place where I could coax my lumbar region from a state of screeching furious pain to a relaxed and flexible muscle group above my glutes I feel like a troupe of masseuses and physical therapists crossed paths and then used their tiny nimble hands and superior skeletomuscular book learning to send me straight into a lower back nirvana This app is the greatest I m recommending it to all of my partners today                     Jeepers mister Baby_got_Back(pain)

The sound doesn t work I checked all the settings and when I tried to contact app support it took me to a blank page     No sound no support SirNightSleepsALot

There are like 8 poses and a couple I wouldn t recommend for back pain sufferers No instruction on how to safely move in and out of poses either There are better free apps     Poor value for money Originalexa
Easy to follow even for beginners but only has about 10 poses so it s pretty shallow Some of the free apps are better         Very basic Reviewer viewer
This app really work s wonders at first it was tough to get into position because my back was going in and out of spasms but after the third session I started to notice improvement in my back pain and the spasms went away Now any time I feel the pain coming back I usually do 2 sessions and it takes care of me The addition of voice over option is awesome and now I don t have to look at the screen but voice over and sound only works on my I phone and I pad if I have the side button is turned off of mute But that is the same with all apps Keep up the good work and I look forward to seeing future apps from this company                     Does wonders rocker442

These exercises help but it appears you have spliced them together Standing up between each of these moves makes no sense just like the bell in between each move           Helpful but spliced
