Yoga is good but this isnt actually an app with interactive features It is an hour long video of different yoga poses The skill level is for someone who is advanced beginner or intermediate there was not a lot of explaining of poses in terms of placement of feet body etc It moves at a good pace and I did enjoy the yoga but was disappointed because it wasnt an app but more of a video If I wanted a video I could buy that instead Not impressed with the technology of it Also video didnt feel very specific to fertility At the beginning of each pose there is a description of different ailments the pose is indicated for It often listed up to ten things I do appreciate knowing all the things the pose could help with but I specifically purchased this for fertility and it felt like this app could just as well be for anxiety It a little bit feels like they created an app they can just advertise for different conditions by just changing the title Its okay
