The game is fun but the recharge time is too long and its too difficult to get what you need for trades and detainments           Fun but

Unless you put out money your options on this game are very limited When you finally get a new room opened surprise surprise you have to find even more stuff to open play it When you trade for objects after finally getting something to trade with the game is extremely stingy again almost forcing you to buy gems so you can get anywhere           Would be great but

I made it to level 4 Woo Hoo Now the game seems to be stuck not making any progress I have been playing the same rooms in the same mode over and over without finishing the goals I dont like when the app closes and switches to Facebook then back again thus waisting my time I read the other reviews Looks like you have a lot of work to do           Im new to this game

This game is alot of fun and challenging Its different in many ways However to get into rooms especially special ones like holiday ones which only last a week or so the time spent to gather the necessary items is crazy It is not easy finding required things andthe amount of them is nuts Alsothe cost to buy them is over the topbring the cost downi still find the amount of either money or the amount of thing to get into a room is ridiculous It takes forever and then frustrating           Fun but

I am not playing and thereby purchasing as often with the new version I like being able to do landscape Do not like not knowing how many of each robber etc I have Do not like not being able to zoom in Cant see the objects well because of this Extremely frustrating rather than enjoyable Do not like that you cant zoom in when its on night or ghost Do not like that you can not disperse the fog to see objects I have put lots of time and money into this game May stop playing all together if there isnt a fix to this poorly designed update        Do not like new version

This game crashes way too much I can only do one quest and then it crashes its annoying I get mad have to go back in and the houses are in the same mode as it was when I started it I have to always go back and redo everything please fix or I delete this app other then that the game is awesome and I spent money on getting lives got to see how I can get that back for it crashing so much I cant even play for 5 mins straight without it crashing     Addicting

I am a VERY disappointed customer I absolutely loved this game until the upgrade before this last one I upgraded and all I got was flashing between Albion and Face Book screens Even when I managed to play it would start flashing periodically and became very annoying Like that wasnt bad enough and yes I have spent some real cash on this game the latest update will not even load Now my game is suspended in vast unknown I want my status back and all my coins energy etc I am going to be furious if I lose everything I had worked for and paid for I agree with others that your game requires to many items to play certain areas and way to much money to buy energy and keys Just fix it If I lose it all I will remove anyall games from your company PS I didnt want to give you one star I wanted it to be a rating of 10 but like everything else concerning your gameit is your way or no way     Disappointed

WARNING VERY POOR PLAYER SUPPORT I had an account and had reached a high level when it crashed trying to connect to Fb losing ALL my stats and what Id spent on and theyve STILL not gotten back to me so I began a new gameVery frustrating NOT good customer service but gameplay is perfect Now on second game still great but too expensive as crystals are a MUSTand still no word on how to get my friends        Not Enuff EnergyBut GREAT GAME

I love this game but it keeps crashing Id be upset if this continues to happen and Id have to stop playing I also do not like that I cannot see how many items I have while trading or how many keys have to search a room           Love however

Agree with other comments that it is super irritating to not know how many items you have when you want to trade If you dont have enough items you get put on a timer and if you cant collect the items in time your trade is wasted Also the game keeps crashing        Newest Upgrade More Like a Downgrade

The quests are very difficult to achieveeven those that will help progress the plot Necessary objects are nearly impossible to get mo matter whether you need to do searches or ward off creatures Every new level brings a new handful of impossible quests This game is clearly a scam You cannot exchange collections without substantial numbers of rare if not nonexistent items Quest items are way too infrequent But isnt just so convenient that a sale pops up every 10 seconds that allows you to buy your way through the game Except that even the purchased items are not sufficientso buy some more What garbage I should be able to progress at a reasonable pace without wasting my money on a free gamebut that is absolute not the case here     This game is a Scam

I agree that this newest update is more frustrating when it comes to trading I also liked the old button that moves the screen to find an item However I love the update of comparison mode           New update is a hassle

The overall game is fine but it is slow moving           Just ok

I really like this game Its a great time waster butthere are too many gimmicks it uses all your energy quickly and its really hard to progress The app also takes your energy without giving you the rewards you have earned when you deny posting to Facebook Also it wants you to spend your real money all the time No thank you Urghhh        Urghhh

I rated this game as a 4 star but today I would give it 0 stars because since my last update I cant play it As soon as it opens it closes and I hate this because I really enjoy this game If it isnt fixed soon I will be deleting it because there is no point keeping something I cant play              Game keeps closing

Could be fun but to many issues Too hard frustrating and confusion You cant get the items you need to finish collections The items you need for collections stop playing You get to a level only to find out you have to find more and more which is items impossible to receive Just fixed the last issue but now it wont give me the free blue diamonds when I have done the required quests The energy disappears too easily The last foul up you didnt give me any added energy for all that was lostnow the game wont come up at all As of 9415 the game wont load It starts then quits It also takes energy each time So all the levels I have built up are gone        Always broken

One of the very best HO Games I have played I have played a lot of HOs since they are my personal favorite Albion keeps you engaged with a interesting storyline and is not easy nor so difficult that you become discouraged I have not experienced any of the technical issues some have reported Its all good                 The Best

I connect my Facebook then I try to do this quest but at the end of my quest I try to opt out of sharing to Facebook But the game switches over to Facebook anyways then it restarts my quest over and wastes my energy every time Need a way to stop Facebook sharing           Hate Facebook connection

Enjoy the game but too slow to open new places I have even broken down and bought things but still cant open new places I wouldnt recommend this due to this Youll get sucked in and then be frustrated for a long time        Great game but takes too long to advance

Game was good in the beginning now its boring and predictable Takes for ever to reach some of the better levels and its much of the same same same same sameyou get the picture Also theyre always trying to get you to buy more coins and diamonds etc at the beginning of the game there was a story line find a missing girl As the game continues the story is lost or no longer important Miserable extremely boring game The updates just cause glitches and your constantly cheated out of your prices I recommend you find something more enjoyable as well as rewarding unless your a lonely bored to death grandmother     This game will bore to death literally

Love the app especially the graphics but you can only play for a few minutes and then it takes hours to replenish the time Some of the hazards are almost impossible to accomplish and forces you to use stars or purchases to make them go away Still its fun but frustrating                 Great app but time limited
