I love the Zink and what it can do when the app is working but this app is no good Ive had to delete and reinstall on my iPad and iphone a few times When trying to install designs it freezes I get black screens etc I have spent 200 on a printer that I cant use consistently Im extremely frustrated Please please fix this app Terrible
I have installed and uninstalled this 3 times Keeps ending up with the black screen Called CS Told to uninstall on ipad and install again Not getting the warm and fuzzy about this one Not working
I havent had any problems with this app Works great and there are lots of additional images available in the Zink store Works Great
This update has made all the difference It allows for the firmware update which fixed my WiFi problem I have downloaded a ton of stuff tonight and no dreaded black screen Yay Much better Thank you
My app worked for a few hours enough time to make many cute designs to save to my library I also downloaded more graphics from their store And then it happened The big crash I lost all of my work I wasted all of those hours for nothing I am unhAppy The big crash2
Worked twice for a minute or two and then froze or died I have had for months but the only thing it printed was the test piece when it turned on Most of the time I tap the app and just get a black screen and then it closes Bought it from HSN when first came out and still have not been able to use on one whole project Help desk not much help First time I contacted them they knew there was a problem and were working on it Made a patch but still does not work Very disappointed I dont understand how you can sell something you know does not work at all All I have now is a very expensive paperweight Sent support another email will see what they say this time Save your money and dont buy this Make a great paperweight but does not work at all
I first started to give it one star because the touchscreen would not work after it updated However somehow I got the touchscreen to work Now I cannot get it to sync with the app It keeps saying it is not on the same network but they are Of course now I have to spend time calling them to find out what the problem is I have the Happy plus so I was able to print a design and it worked great It would just be nice if I could use AirPrint and the App UPDATE I could not get it to work with the app I contacted customer service and they were great They could not get it to work either however they immediately sent me another one and it is working perfectly Love it Customer Service is Fantastic
I gave it two stars because when it worksits really nice But I installed worked great for two uses then it froze and went black and have had no luck on getting it back I deleted and reinstalled only to start from the beginning with a VERY slow download again Not liking the fact that you cant back up designs on a reg computer or anythingits based on how much storage you have available on your iPadso not liking that Will have to return printer while I still can get my money back will follow to see if company makes progress because I do like the printer quite a bit WHEN it works

I love the idea but worked fine for several time now all I get is a white screen no app Zink ahappy
With my iPad It was working but crushed when i wanted connected with Instagram Today black screen can not to do anything But app working with my samsung galaxy s3 Please do something about how to get new designs It took long time to download each time with my galaxy s3 but not synced iPad Do i need to do it again It is same account should be done once not each device Please fix
Ive found that you can only download about 3 items from the App Store at a time The app then freezes or times out it will not recover If you close the app reopen it you get a black screen You have to uninstall reinstall the app no it saves nothing youve downloaded The machine works well but this app is horrible Horrible
App worked until I downloaded a few designs Then it crashed and I could only get the black screen Removed and reinstalled losing all work and downloads What a waste of an entire afternoon Happened again I will wait for a week to see if that update comes out and fixes the problem if not the printer is going back App is useless making printer useless
Very disappointed with this ap takes forever to install the additions at the little store and if it stalls the screen goes dark and stays that way until you reinstall Would love to see a feature to install by group backgrounds frames fonts etc if desired Zink hAppy
Spent hours trying to get the hardware to connect to the app and finally packed the unit up and returned for refund Completely nonfunctional Packaged Frustration

Since the update I have to say it works almost flawlessly I had to re review because I gave it two stars before the update Great job Only problem is I cant add Facebook pictures It gives an error Im sure they will fix that soon too Much Better
Screen blacks out Uninstalled and installed again but then I have to redownload all the art and fonts etc Now have black screen again Please fix Downloading font

I love my Zink hAppy Printer however the App is just OK Very buggy and this last update has a glitch with accessing Facebook Pics Cant connect to FB at all Seems that when one problem is resolved another pops up Hopefully it will work smoothly one day Good when it works

Im having the same problem as the others I called customer service and was told a new app will be out next week If its as bad an app my little zink is going back This was too expensive not to use Not good
I was so excited to get my ZinkHappy printer yesterday When I download the App it work fine at first then when I wanted to download some new design and keeps crashing and there would be a black screen on it So I had to delete the App and reinstall again it just keeps happening and this is the third time Im installing this App Now Im going to return my ZinkHappy printer because its wasting my time reinstall this App over and over again and its just useless Keep crashing on me

Trying to get this app to work before my hAppy printer arrives is like pulling teeth I down loaded this app as soon as I purchased the printer It seemed to work then but now that Im trying to load additional apps and designs it simply goes black Without this app working I have no need for the printer It would be just another gadget that was a useless expense If not fixed soon the printer will definitely be returned Im sorry and so is the app at this point Not ready for prime time

Ive submitted multiple Crash reports The App continually crashes after Downloading new content You might get to Download 2 or 3 options from a particular category out if the Zink store and then it crashes Its very frustrating I was trying to Download all of the items I wanted prior to the Printer arriving later this week App continually crashes
This app is far from being desirable It stalls every time I open it It also goes to a black screen on my iPad Needs some MAJOR fixes APP FAILURE
Like other users I have tried downloading several times to no avail Whenever I attempt to open he app I get a blank screen after the intro movie plays Not Ready Yet

When downloading Apps it stalled out then went to black screen Tried to shut down reboot and still black screen Crash
It worked for a few minutes then started to glitch then boom it crashed and went black I shut down and restarted but still black This is a problem considering that you have to have this app to run the printer Crash
Sometimes it downloads and sometimes it doesnt Takes 2 to 3 tries before it works Occasionally freezes and the app needs to be restarted This is a great product but that is when it works which is a hit or miss Unstable
Im joining the others who are disappointed I had it long enough to see if my Zink worked which it does went to the Zink store and downloaded some things and now I have the dreaded black screen that just sits there Cant use the Zink without it Im on an iPad2 Joining the others
