Zoho CRM

Zoho CRM was one of the first apps I found and downloaded when I bought my iPad It became the reason that I abandoned Act and subscribed to Zoho CRM for my business Visually appealing simple to navigate setandforget sync but with the ability to pull down more records if I decide I can enter notes update records and schedule followups even when out of signal range and it updates automatically once I get back in range I wish it would sync down Custom Modules but while Im on the road theyre not a necessity its not replacing my laptop simply supplementing as long as I can get phone numbers directions and names Im a happy sales rep                 Couldnt function without it

If you have used any CRM app before youll enjoy great convenience features of Zoho CRM all included in their iOS app                 Great

Gave a star because Im happy they have an app but that should be a given at this point no They built this and seems like it hasnt been updated aside from maybe some bug fixes in over a year Why Settings from web application arent syncing with the app like custom searches or fields or filters Very hard to search for a lead unless you know the name exactly There are so many improvements needed I really dont think they considered what their customers would want to be able to do when in the app I like the iPad app slightly better but that has its own issues Please please please make some changes for your loyal but disappointed customers it would go a long way     Barely functional Please update

I have used crms since the beginning of crms Probably used or tried everyone out there I can only speak to the use of less than ten users The functionality and customization is excellent I use the mobil app on my non phoned ipad more than anything else My only desire at this point is I wish a new event mobil app when offline would sync up with my internal offline calendar or the event list had more views not just various lists I do recommend this program              I like it a lot

Most of the modules we use in the web version of Zoho CRM both standard and custom are not supported in the mobile app Only a few fixed modules are supported and it cannot be customized     Very basic app

Update 81714 reduced to one star There have been no updates or even attempts or suggestions of better things to come Dont get me wrong Im no Johnny Ive I think skeuomorphism can lend a nice professional appearance when used judiciously Flat design is ugly The Zoho CRM app however is significantly impaired by skeuomorphism abuse Much valuable real estate is taken up by unnecessary graphics and empty space between them The online version suffers a bit from space abuse but the app becomes very cumbersome and lacks details because of the layout I want to be able to look at a single screen to be able to see the most important details I should be able to see a scrolling window sorted by date contact type or ranking showing all my interactions with each contact account project etc I should also be able to see a scrolling window of tasks or next actions for each contact account project etc and there should be a calendar that I can see historical and planned activities by day week month year and agenda With the online component and all the other Zoho products this has the best potential to be a very good CRM Its just not there yet     Really really want this to get better

Echo other reviewers comments this app really needs more functionality and improvement on existing functions Its super disappointing to not have a usable mobile application for our sales or technical teams     Disappointing

Its been 8 mos since an update has been released I gave up on Zoho months ago and have since switched everything over in our company to legit platforms without all the bugs and issues Too bad I used to believe in the Zoho Corp not anymore     8 mos since an update has been released

Downloaded the app and it wouldnt let me sign up had to go through the web Overall looks and feels outdated not optimized for mobile     Old clunky

Best business email in the game Why pay godaddy to host your email These guys are free and the infrastructure is easier to use then gmail Gmail makes it impossible to reply or forward emails                 Good on iPad

As the title says it crashes frequently Ive had it installed just a few minutes and had 3 crashes Im also not able to look at tasks scheduled for the next 7 days No problem Ill look at open tasks however the default is my Dec 2015 tasks are on the top of the sort list and Jan 2015 are on the bottom Idk why        Crashes frequently and doesnt show 7 day tasks

Freezes constantly As a road warrior I have on countless occasions been forced to restart my phone repeatedly just trying to get this app to work This is the only app on my phone that is this crashy The desktop version is decent does its job but if you have visions of being truly multidevice with Zoho forget about it     Useless junk

Let me begin by saying that the Zoho webbased crm is pretty well designed aside from the fact that the site has tons of wired little bugs everywhere We have used it for about 5 years and it eta the job done That said the app was clearly not designed with feedback from actual users Other than using it to look up a phone number it is 100 useless You cannot even sort your own projections in a given month which is an example of a very basic function which you need as a salesperson or sales manager Honestly it needs a compete redesign As hard as I have tried I cannot use the app Hopefully they interview some salespeople and redesign it     Useless

I hate it when Company makes it difficult to find out how to cancel product Its just dishonest and that tells you a lot about the company     Not good

Downloaded newest version on iphone and only got 14 of my leads On the road and lost most of my leads Synced up with pc version but lost most of data     Missing Data

Great App Does the functions I need for what I do Makes it easy to work on the road and not have the need for my laptop Wish the screen rotated so I could use my keyboard more efficiently              Marketers

Most of the time thus app does not pull all the information needed Zoho really needs to work on the details with this Custom field viewing in tasks and events when scrolling through tasks would be nice        Needs work still

I never leave reviews but I am doing my part here to see if they make an update soon that will allow us to make good use of ZohoCRM on the Go Specially since they dont even have a desktop offline version of their system This is just very glitchy overall but most importantly the contacts and leads information just wont update nor stay currentsynced on iPad you basically have to delete and redownload everything every time Custom list views wont work neither online nor offline PLEASE DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS ZOHO PEOPLE     Really Disappointing

This seems pretty ridiculous that you have to pay extra to get the app version This should be included in all versions of your packages     App should be included

Web version is very good this however lags and is not intuitive or customizable at all Takes forever to get any information loaded You also dont get the same views etc as you do in the web version gotta go hunting for your information if it is even available on the mobile version     Not Great

App crashes constantly Created several leads via a laptop only to have them dele themselves randomly while editing them via the app Yes deleted Gone Lost Many of the features dont work properly Zoho has apparently foreseen such issues as they wrote in a crash report system Which you will see lots of Im disappointed cause I thought this was the answer to my problem Back to the drawing board     Disappointing

I recently downloaded App and found that it works well for what I need If handles my tasks calendar and customer information I was not expecting to like it as much as I do after reading the reviews They were so negative Maybe my version was the one that had the bus fixed Used it at a trade show this week I had uploaded the list from the trade show to my Zoho CRM desktop as New Leads Then at the show used my iPad to make notes as the people came by the booth Helped organize my client information and send it out across my organization A good mobile app should be easy to use take up as little space as possible and allow me to sync information              Works well for SFA App

PLease update No glitches please and let the search function search everything I hate to search for a person and have to search twice if I dont remember if they were converted from a lead to contact Just like the desktop let me search everything           Please update this app

If you plan on using the mobile Zoho app as a stand alone your not going to get the full benefit it offers When tied in with the main CRM the app is a necessity and helps streamline any input from the field and greatly reduced the need to enter data at a later time With that said I would like to see additional features added to the app to make it a five star product One addition would be key word search From a sales professionals perspective this is critical to any CRM This feature is already a standard in Zohos CRM but needs to be implemented to their app to make it an A Kicking Product Come on Zoho please make this happen              Great tool to use with Zoho CRM

just began trying to use this app and I find it won allow me to edit a customer once their data has been saved Your kidding right     is this a beta

we use this crm for our company and works well for the most part sometimes the mobile version which is what our sales rep use for the most part in the field isnt as comprehensive and thus the 3 stars For example we cant see the emails interchanged with the client on the mobile version and it drives me crazy Update in the mobile version every time I try to convert a lead the app crashes and it doesnt convert Please fix           our go to crm

The CRM is pretty good but this app is useless About all you can do is download read and respond to incoming email You cant compose an email from scratch I wouldnt bother with this app     Agree with others

Im not sure what the other reviews are talking about The app has a few glitches which are instantly resolved by refreshing An update to the app would be nice but it does work                 Works as expected

I have a few views for leads that I use regularly on the website and this app has a fixed set of views For the life of me I cant figure out how to change the order of the views so that I can see the views in the app that I use The app also crashes almost every time I use it So basically this app is useless     Cant see my views Crashes regularly

My company loves Zoho but this app is horrible Mail does not work like it should It you dont have them as contacts it does not show up at all You cant see what you have closed this month Worthless for all my guys on the go Wish they would take some time and make an app that we can use I have held off writing anything waiting for updates but its been months and month of the same old thing Hope you change it soon or we will have to look for something else Please fix it     Not good

As a Sales person I have used NetSuite 2 different companies with different deployments Siebel ACT Goldmine MS Dynamics CRM a home brewed Access DB My perspective With Zoho all you have is a bunch of copycat programmers who are trying to keep up with SalesForce but have no clue of how real sales people actually work Thumbs down to the both the app and the program itself We are switching     Experienced CRM User feedback

Automatically set me up as CEO and wouldnt let me change that Yeah my boss would have a field day with that one I was using the free trial as we are a small company but wasnt impressed     Weird

ZOHO CRM is AWESOME Our sales team has adapted well to it WE REALLY NEED A MOBILE APP FOR FIELD GUYS THIS APP NEEDS WORK           Not yet ready for prime time

Having used Zoho for 6 years I cant believe their app is still this bad why have an app that doesnt have functionality They have great crm but this is not yet built for ipad iPhone and is not worth anything why have an app that doesnt sync load or have the options to make it usable I keep expecting a great rollout of a new app but I have been waiting now for well over a year and still nothing Very very disappointing     PATHETIC

The new updated app has been very useful I have a paid CRM subscription and the mobile app has almost all the features as online              Better than expected

There are so many missing features This app shouldnt even exist I CANT EVEN VIEW INVOICES     5 months no update

This app is only about half way complete Try to sync attachments and its a crap shoot as to whether they sync or not Sometimes they show up and sometimes they dont Ive noticed this about a lot of their apps        Only half way

Main issue is that information from web version does not match either iPad or iPhone app Makes completely useless     So many issues

Can you make the ipad app the same as the iphone app The fields do not carry over correctly I changed a couple of them but it still has the default Client and Prospect on the ipad but they are custom on the iphone app        The Same
