Not working for me crashes when I click on device manager     No good

This app and camera system works great for me It does as advertised Took about five min to tech to set up over phone Love it                 Works fine for me

Latest update addresses the crashing issue All is good on the 5 again              Fixed

Software app needs various improvements such as allowing more channels to be viewed Also audio feedback from the app would be nice aswell Very poor app for the way it should work     Poor needs improvements

Im one of those people that rarely ever leave a review but with so many bad ones I had to chime in The app works Is it plug and play No because everyones router and level of expertise is different You have to mess with it Its one of those things you believe is really hard to accomplish but once you figure it out it seems pretty easy The quality is amazing and the video loads fast I installed the system in my wifes dental clinic in the Dominican Republic The upload in the clinic is capped at 512k by the ISP it doesnt even get all the way there yet the cameras look great For the price of just under 200 for a zmodo system it cant be beat 5 stars because it works as advertised However I wish the app would transmit audio too Im not like those idiots that give less stars when an app doesnt have a feature it never promised to begin with                 Works as advertised

Directions Videos are not intuitive Ive used the internal IP and the External IP address Ive tried all for ports When using the external IP and port 80 it attempts to load the camera but never does I called for support and was waiting 45min before I finally gave up There has to be better instructions somewhere unless its just the app I believe I may have exhausted every set up option     Doesnt Work Just Keeps Loading

I am using app on 4s with iOS 601 and I love it I am afraid to install new update after what happened with the previous one but overall I am very satisfied with it I watch 4 cameras at same time Hope this helps you                 I like it

Once it works its a great tool Im a airline pilot and I am able to keep tabs on my house from anywhere The only times it does not connect is when the phone is jumping on and off WIFI or I jump from one router to another in a hotel Never have to wonder if the garage door is open or if Get the 8 cameras I ended up using them all                 Once it works

Was a little confusing at first but thanks to awesome tech support it is up and running fine and works as advertised Can only access through closed wireless network but im sure one more call to tech support and I will be able to access 3g My daughter used this app on her ipad and tells friends it is the Zombie Viewer              Works after help from tech support

Running iphone 4 with ios 6 over 3G only no wifi and it works great I can view all 4 cameras at once and toggle easily between single and 4channel view Setup of app took less than 2 minutes and worked on the first try Not sure why others are having issues                 Works perfectly

Launch it and roll the dice What did we get One camera two spinners and a frame with their trademark Finagle enough with Connect to Device and maybe youll get all four cameras Eventually Need to return to the Home screen Kewel You get to spin again when you want to return to the app What came up Wow Three cameras a trademark I imagine one of these days Ill launch it and get all four cameras And one of these days Ill hit a royal straight flush in Vegas But Im not holding my breath Other than that once you finally have all four cameras connected its OK maybe even good Note that their OS X version is able to reach all four cameras so I have to assume the problem is the iOS app and not the server or network Also hitting the camera button makes the shutter noise but I cant find the pictures So if you want a picture of that intruder use the phones screen capture Lets face it Zmodo isnt in Apples league And their prices reflect it           Time to play Zmodo Roulette

Nice design but constant problems connecting to cameras keep getting error messages incorrect webcam address I have to keep reconnecting to device after 5 or more tries it finally connects several calls to tech support but still constant issues     App needs work

This is a great app I just wish the developers would enable me to use this app on my iPhone and iPad So far the app is not available for the iPad And it would need to sync between both devices I love viewing my surroundings from inside my home                 Security Cameras

I can use app super kmeye4 eyeplayer aplayer to view my camera I use all 3 for back up Do anyone known new app please share with me Thank you     Thank you all friend

App is functional but has many shortcomings in functionality 1 Only max 4 camera view 2 Cant view or search eventsalarmmotion recorded video only live video or listen to recorded audio 3 App is generic and no model specific pre configs you need to know port numbers number of channels config etc 4 No help just about box     Not up to snuff

I love the new iphone 5 support thanks for listening on that But now all my channel numbers were bumped over by 1 and my channel 1 is blank If i try to hit play on channel 1 it crashes the app Ive tried numerous times but it keeps crashing Please fix and ill update my review UPDATE thanks for fixing the bug No longer crashing                 Broken Functionality

Works every time for me Never have had a problem I do wish they would come out with an IPad app Maybe allowing you to view 6 or 8 cameras at a time Also wish you could change channels while in landscape mode Other than my wishes I find this app to be one of the better ones out there And Ive tried several yet always come back to this one                 Best app Ive tried

I had no problem setting up the app to access the camera system However there does not seem to be any way to disable background app refresh the app does not appear in the list As a result the battery runs down quickly           Needs updating

Great for viewing only can can see four cams at once Works on my slow phone carrier internet connection and setup was easy I do wish though that the app had playback function too then it would be a 5 star app              Good app wish it could playback

Used to use this app almost every day Since upgrading to iOS 8 I cant get cameras to load Sometimes they do most of the time they dont Changed all settings and still nothing Needs updated     Used to be great

Almost 2weeks trying get support to make this app work I cant even connect to my camera Tech support was no help Took a week of trial and error just to get the camera working remotely again the tech support was no help This app was free and I still want my money back     Total crap

App needs updated features Would love to see option to view more then 4 cameras at a time Have worked with other cam apps that offer better features App is simple but works TIP to view on LTE3G make sure you forward your mobile port number additionally to your HTTP Command and Media ports on your firewall           Needs an update

I dont know what others experience but my tech support guy walk me thru all I can view from my laptop when we not home staying at hotel and I have iPhone 4 and once again I see all my cameras I can see 4 at a time out of the 8 I have and we tested out only a split second delay hardly notice I say to all who use this app it is great you must make sure your user name and password is correct along with your IP ADDRESS I love this app to all others call back to tech support and have time and work with them youll find out this is really a great app at first I didnt get it after a total of 4calls to support its works great he even sent me links on how to do it step by step for future this app do not work in WIFI DOES NOT WORK IN WIFI I say so what my job does not offer wifi anyway so Im happy I can view from my desk at work or while Im on the road and it works better with only 1 window open when I view all 4 there is a big delay                 Great app it only works in 3G

If I dont kill the app on my iPhone itll use up 1 gig of my data in less than an hour Other than that its good for occasional checks of your cameras           Runs my data usage

Awesome view and it shows actual action and all but it doesnt function without wifi and if Im in other place that have wifi doesnt work there So please update so I can use it with and without wifi using the phone data Thanks           Its good but need to update

Connected all the cameras published the port through my firewall and this app works perfect All four cameras are fully viewable I can see where some folks may have trouble since you have to publish UDP 7050 and maybe have trouble figuring out how to setup all the cameras Maybe these tips will help some of those that had issues Overall Im very pleased it works as advertised                 Excellent

Got the four camera system on eBay for under hundred and 15 bucks Installed it myself had a little trouble with the net aspect of it But call techsupport and in 15 minutes was up and running Mobile and on my home network Unbelievable Deal five stars wish I could give 10 If youre having problems maybe youre too stupid to have a surveillance system Techsupport is a 800number away15 minutes is all it takes                 Wow

Not the easiest thing to set up but no ip camera viewer is Works on 3G but quickest on 4G or wifi You do though need a reasonable signal or the cameras will not come up and youll need to basically reactivate them in the app which only takes a min so no big deal All in all best ip cam app so far              Great App
