As another reviewer has noted more harshly than is warranted doesnt do anything that Zarf doesnt do better There are 1 million anagramming programs in the app store and it is hard to see how this distinguishes itself A version that taps into more of what the desktop app can do is in development hopefully that will be more visually appealing sophisticated I will point out that more lexicons are available from the developers website answering one critics complaint Functional

As an old user of Zyzzyva Im highly disappointed First no CSW Second it looks like an app developed by a school kid and not like a pro which I know the author is UI is too simplistic and boring using nothing but default controls And you cant do much with it Go for Zarf if you want a professional polished app This app shouldnt have been published at this level It is inadequate even as an initial alpha version FAR premature

As an occasional Tournament Player it is a great conversion from the desktop version used in tourneys It is great that I can haul my iPad to tourneys or club and check words or anagrams on my portable IPAD and know I am getting correct accurate information As well like the desktop it is a superb study guide Great job Mike Keep up the great work Of all my Apps this one is definitely the best One word Fantastic
I went to the national school scrabble championship a few days ago This is the exact program they used when we challenged words Saying this it is very reliable and useful 100 of the time Wow
Ive been using the desktop version of Zyzzyva for 5 years to prepare for live Scrabble tournaments and I give that version 5 stars without hesitation This app is admittedly a lite version of what will soon be a mini kick a copy of the desktop version4 stars for now and I guarantee it will be a 5 star app when the developer an expert level tournament Scrabble player releases the full version Thank you Michael Update The developer recently released Zyzzyva with quiz capabilities and it works great Much more robust than this lite version Check it out in the app store Well done
