Creating a URL shortcut in your home screen with a custom icon from you photo library is easy but for some unknown reason it creates a profile in settings that requires your unlock code Deleting the profile deletes your new custom shortcut     Home screen icons require profile John12211

I ve tried different icon shortcut apps but weren t as good I use this app to save view individual music and photo files I also have apps that allow you to share stuff via link but require the app to view AHomeIcon will let you link the URL that will send to safari You then tap open and that app s file opens no problem I al saved websites to my home screen with this app The 1 suggestion I have is a way to share notes from iPhone now that you can share those w new iOS That or include a text editor to write a note and save Otherwise I have no complaints                     Love Midnightstar81

I got this app to use it for speed dial shortcuts to my contacts on the home screen It does not work at all as a shortcut because it routes you to Safari and you have to do multiple clicks to get it to call out Which makes it slower than if I were to just go to the favorites page This app creates long cuts not shortcuts     Too many clicks to count as shortcuts Rm435

Not the best purchase I wish they stated that the app connects through safari before it dials the number Not 100 one touch sometimes it doesn t open safari until you click OK defeats point of one touch dialing There is a time delay not big about 3 sec but noticeable I would not recommend buying it I wish I could get my money back         not happy Adam Komosa

I ve spent a good amount of time working with different apps that claim to be able to make icons this is actually the first one that works Or worked ios 6 definitely works with this app but I m not quite sure about the URL scheme A URL that directs you to a certain app and I m hoping someone figures out how to make those Message and phone icons Despite the small issues it has with ios 7 I still find it a very great way to create new icons                     Deserves 5 stars WH4TiWRiT3T0D4Y

Worked great creating icons It even uses pics from your camera roll if you want to I set three links for web pages to open in Safari and they all work great Even with the latest problem they work great But what is happening is that the program is changing the pic on the icon itself I created an icon to get to my office s home page using my office logo That was two days ago This morning the logo is gone and there is a generic picture in its place Why This has happened twice now and it is becoming annoying The link works fine but I created my own icon because I wanted it to look a specific way If it keeps this up I will have to go looking for another app and downgrade this one to one star It got three because it sort of works for now             Needs work edcm1234

I opened the icon it made called Brightness and it made my phone unusable I had a hard time getting it to turn off Whenever I use the icon to call someone it takes too long to come up The screen stays black until the 2nd ring I hit it accidentally and couldn t hang up When the call is over it always says Invalid Number Your device can t make calls even though it just did it             Glitches with iOS 7 Monica PK
