The worst shopping experience in my life They had issues on 11 11 but I made my order few days before 11 11 First they couldn t buy the item I wanted so I requested to cancel No update Second they lost that same item in the warehouse and I requested to cancel it AGAIN But nothing was done so I asked them to cancel it again for the 3rd time It s been 2 whole months and they have yet to cancel my item let alone issue my refund The other item I ordered with this has yet to arrive as well So this might be a scam or a fraud or one so incompetent that it might as well be a scam The app itself is mediocre Online live chat on the app disconnects automatically after a certain amount of time which is ridiculous cause my end goal is to talk to someone     Terrible service and customer service fionachanjf
