I really and truly think this is amazing The story was interesting and you had lots of choices along the way The characters were just as good as the story The sense was mystery and intrigue keep me playing until it was done I love this game 5 of 5                 Amazing story

It crashes constantly and will not let me talk to people when I click on a person in the options it just goes back to the previous options     Awful

It doesnt say for iPhone 5s only it says it is stated being made more for better compatible for the 5 But it says its REQUIREMENTS are ios7 or more which is what I have on my 4s Well Huge waste because this game looks breathtakingly awesome I had a great deal of trouble downloading it because where I was at both my providers service bars and wifi strength was very weak Ive considered reinstalling it and seeing if I can trouble shoot it in some way but realistically I imagine that is a waste of my own time I suppose Change the wording in the app description to iPhone 5s only if that is all so thats my only suggestion because the game itself I imagine is amazing     Wish it worked

I love the storyline and I was hoping there would be an easier way to save the part of the story you want I have no idea how to save the story because now I would have to start from the very beginning just so I dont choose the wrong answers again I dont like that it saves the part you died in I cant choose the right route and I keep dying I really dont want to start from the beginning because I got so far Please update this to iOS 7 and make a save button                 A Great Visual Novel

The story is my type intense atmosphere good plot twist etc The only thing that needs to be improve is the English This is a visual novel so every sentence has to be polished carefully The bad grammar really kills the scary atmosphere Im looking forward to see more great games with great improvements in the future           Good story bad grammar

The English translation is rather bad but the story is really good Its easy to save after doing something that will lead to a bad ending but not saving too often can be annoying if you do get a game over and have to do stuff over again Still Id say its worth playing           Hard game to review

Upon appearance I thought SOTD to be a horror and although there are several parts of the story which live up to that expectation of imaginative VN gore and suspense the game proves to be something much more thought provoking meditating on great philosophical and existential questions about the essence of life and death the awareness of self and the morality of playing God Finished in a single day within 3 hours or so SOTD still left me with a greater impression than others much more lengthy within most of its genre To compare it to other pieces of media would spoil the twists and turns but expect to leave the story with a question of not only Asamis sister but of your own existence as well A Scar Of The Doll is about the scar left on the innocence of humanitys curiosity and those unfortunate enough to deal with its consequences                 An Existential Thriller

I dont like writing reviews but this game was really wonderful I recommend it to anyone if youre the type who plays for the story plot then this is definitely your game A lot of twist and turns if youre into that too The ending was a cliff hanger but I love cliff hangers It makes me think up possible story endings I hope you make more games like this in the future Maybe even a brief continuation of this one It was definitely worth playing Thank you for making a great game This is the first time playing something like this with a great story plot on an app                 Amazing

This is a good game with a good story Its a chooseyourown adventure style story though I imagine theres only one right ending The music and gameplay is fine There are some technical problems with white text being unreadable in a couple spots but the text is just repeated text from previously as an overview so it doesnt interfere with gameplay its just confusing and frustrating Another thing that doesnt work well is that in a computer there is a screensaver in Japanese that isnt translated Its clear that its supposed to add atmosphere but without a translation it doesnt do that Excluding these its a good game Save often and youll have a good time revealing the good story              Good story

Now at first I thought this game was a little off putting as Asami wouldnt stop repeating the word sister and in the beginning it felt like it was everywhere But that in the only issue I have with this visual novel It is stimulating and exciting keeping you on your feet as you get through it Some parts are actually surprisingly scary and suspenseful It also makes you unsure of who to trust and gives surprisingly good character development I very much enjoyed it Some parts are sad riddled with character deaths Overall among sim games this one is very unique with a wide array of characters                 Addicting

I just finished this visual novel It was absolutely amazing I loved the story It was very mysterious and I could not stay away from playing for too long The ending was sort of bittersweet however I liked it Phenomenal story                 Wow

Storyline was great and the characters work nicely with the plot Although i thought there could of been a few more obvious hints to direct the reader For example the hint for the last scene was given at the start which could easily be forgotten Overall probably one of the top 3 visual novels on the iPad                 Great story

I love this game the plot is amazing and intriguing but because of this I often forget to save frequently I think of instead of having the option to start from first or second half you can start from the beginning of each day otherwise this game is awesome              Make chapters

I love the story and the plot It wasnt smut and it always left me wanting more This storyline was so amazing and although there were times I was scared I wanted to know more I wanted to read more and follow the storyline with my choices I died a couple times but I made it to the end and the end was simply beautiful but I still want to know more What happens afterwards Get this app because Im sure youll love it too This was amazing I didnt even buy this app It just popped up on my phone so I thought I should try it and Im glad I did Have fun with the amazing story                 AMAZING

For a completely free game this was actually a treat I had downloaded it once but was put off by the quality of the UI and the translation But if you manage to get past the intro when you are still home youll get used to it The story was definitely a surprise It will address everything it brings us as a mystery should The main character is brave and never annoying despite her obsession with her elder sister Definitely not the best because of its presentation and execution but its still a nice game to play on a rainy day Dont expect too muchjust go in for a ride and enjoy this free gem              If youre bored but dont want to be too disappointed

Just as a note this game is in English This game was simply amazing Originally made for computer back in 1999 this indie team did a wonderful job of bringing it to the iOS format So what is this Its basically a suspense horror mystery visual novel type of game Think of it as a Japanese choose your own adventure book The plot was well written and well progressed Pacing was good the music really amped up the mood even though its kinda dated now and the visuals were rather fitting Yes the visuals are oldschool but for some reason it really works here Going back to plot I will tell you that its like almost anything else is nothing newbut their storytelling was very good and ability to hide informationdetails that I didnt fully know what kind of direction the story was going to take until the end portion However there is only one right directionbut tons of various ways to die One hint I will tell you because its not obviousbut sometimes if an optionchoice is still open clicking on it several times can bring in different results Also im not particularly easy to scarebut playing this with headphones and in the dark really freaked me out at points hahalike I said the pictures though dated helped to add to the suspenseI kinda think that our crisp style of illustrations would have hurt that aspect of this title One main issue really the only real issue I had was the translation work Now first off the translation was actually pretty goodnot perfect and you can tell it wasnt edited by a native English speakerbut still good It got its points acrossand told the story fairly eloquently for what it was There were some lines in the later portion of the game that were quite difficult to understandbut that was pretty rareand not particularly necessary to the plot You still understood what was going on All in all its an enjoyable game and worth a shot The plot was decent and well progressed The characters did not develop much but they played their roles well and kept you asking questions The interface was smooth and responsive The only real way that it would not be enjoyable is if you happen to be quite specific with grammar              A very intriguing port

I didnt come expecting much as it was a free game I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the game The music usually fit the occasion Barring one techno song I liked the background music It added to the game and made me feel quite tense at times The translation was good Aside from the occasional word order error it was nicely edited If there were any misspellings I didnt catch it The plot was good The player is left in the dark for quite a while Both protagonist and player only start piecing things together near the end I might be slow on the uptake but I didnt figure out the mystery until the last day The genre was horror and mystery I might be stretching this but it could qualify for drama Given the others thats nearly a given The plot was surprisingly philosophical and thought provoking Morals and ethics individuality spirituality secrecy I dont think there are different endings A wrong choice may kill the player Constant saving is recommended Eventually no matter the order in which it was achieved the same ending is reachedchoices allow for small deviations that either progress the story reveal interesting or unnecessary information or kill the player To visual novel players I would recommend To others for purely plot alone I would also recommend                 Visual Novel
